Below is part of the email I received when I got the email from USCIS.

 

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR ALIEN FIANCÉ(E) 

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity 

On January 10, 2019, we approved your Form I129F, PETITION FOR ALIEN FIANCÉ(E), Receipt Number

 

 

So within the email they sent me, it stated I was approved.  It seems like people receive different emails.

AOS Timeline (I-485, I-765, I-131)

 

12/28/2019:  Packages sent to USCIS via Fedex

12/30/2019:  USCIS received packages

1/08/2020:  NOA for all 3 applications

1/17/2020:  Received biometrics appt letter for the I-485 and I-765 (Code 3). 

1/31/2020:  Biometrics completed

2/20/2020:  RFE

6/15/2020:  Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview

6/15/2020:  I-765 (New Card is Being Produced)

6/30/2020:  Received Combo Card in the Mail

4/22/2021:  AOS Interview

4/26/2021:  AOS Approval

4/29/2021:  Permanent Resident Card received in the mail

I think you should call and find out. January 10th is awhile back! and you should have received your NOA2 paper copy by now. But it seems to be an approval. Early Congrats!!

Lol.  I was showing my example email to someone else.  I'm good to go.  Another member received an email but doesn't know what action took place but thanks for the Congrats, lol

And they get processed fast...there are people wishing for an RFE.. NOA2 is awesome .but NVC is backed up..its a waiting game until they are here..regardless 🤷🏾‍♀️

Yea, by the time they update your tracker with RFE, you should be receiving it in the mail within a couple days. I sent my response out same day through priority mail, they received it two mailing days later, and I was approved two days after that. Turnaround time is crazy quick for simple RFEs. More difficult ones can take over a week though. I just forgot to check a box.

I received my RFE on jan 29. Sent it back. Websites and even automated phone systems say RFE sent Jan 24 yet I received approval Feb 12,2019. Their systems sure are not synchronized.  Hope you find out something soon
