Comments : We had biometrics appointment on Nov15,2016 at 11:00am. We reached VAC (Visa Application Center) at 10:20am. There were few people waiting in line. Security sent us inside at the same time after they checked the VAC appointment letter , DS-260 and Passport. ( 2 photos requiered at VAC)
The process took only 20 mins and we were out before 11am.

INTERVIEW:
Even though our visa interview at 7:30am on november 16th, we reached there about 6:15 am. I have noticed that there were 15 people waiting there at the gate for the interview.
Security called 8:00am interview people and Immigration interview people and put them in saperate lines. The staff checked the stamped VAC , Passport and Interview letter.
Note : In order to take immigration interview you require to finish Biometrics and medical tests first. Why I am putting it as note because some old people didn't finish the VAC and needed to reschedule the interview date. ( It may take another 40 days)
We gave all our originals and one set of photocopies to the staff and the staff put those in order and gave us guidance about interview process. The staff is very nice and helpful and even more taking care of old people.
Embassy provide us language translaters so we don't need worry about taking interview in English.
Interview were asked at Questions:
1. Name and Date of birth
2. Who is calliing you ? (who is your petetioner?)
3. How did your spouse and his ex meet ?
4. What does he do for living ?
5. How did your ex-husband died ?
6. How many years were you with ex-husband ?
7. How did you guys meet ?
8. When did he meet you first ?
9. How many days did your husband spend with you ?
10. How did he get citizenship ?
11. Arranged or love marriage ?
12. How many people attended to your marriage and where did that happened ?
13. Show me the photos
14. Are you currently working ? if you are working , then what kind of job ?
15. What is your qualification ?
16. Did he study in USA ?

The interview took about 1:30 hrs and visa has been approved.

Received visas but there is an error on my wife's visa so needed to go back to embassy for correction. I paid my time and money for their ( Embassy mistakes).

I don't think we can do anything when this kind of things happened except prays to the LORD should not happen to us.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
