ha i wish i think they are on the month of march right now, but am with california service center, i think other service centers some are just beginning april, so keep your fingers crossed and stay prayed up.

I sent mine the end of April and my priority date is May 3rd. Status still says Pending and was sent to Texas service center . I’m not aware which month Texas is approving currently .

I'm a May filer at Nebraska. It seem as though Nebraska is still processing the beginning of Feb petitions SMH... They have slowed down once again 😭

Is this the only 130 may 2018 filers?

I saw april and june but not may except this. 

 

I am a may filer for my step daughters, nevraska service center, PD may 11

AOS from h2a visa, marriage based.

 

Filed I 130, I 485, I 131 and I 765 concurrently,

 

5/11/2018 Priority date; sent to Missouri, MSCxxxxxxxxx

6/15/2018 Biometrics appointment, Houston TX

7/11/2018 RFE for Birth Certificate

7/23/2018 Sent BC in response to RFE

7/31/2018 Confirmation of receipt of the BC

8/3/2018 received courtesy letter for medical 

8/6/2018 Case is ready to be scheduled for interview

9/19/2018 EAD/AP approved

9/20/2018 EAD/AP card in production 

9/24/2018 EAD/AP card is ready to be mailed

9/25/2018 EAD/AP card is mailed, usps tracking included in online update

9/27/2018 EAD/AP card picked up at post office

 

I-130 for 2 husband's daughters (my step daughters) 10 and 17

5/11/2018 Priority Date; sent to Nebraska Service Center, LINxxxxxxxxx

I-130 May 2018 Filer at TSC.

 

VJ says they are processing MARCH 26, 2018 at the moment and the USCIS website says FEBRUARY 4, 2018. Does anyone know which is actually accurate? I don't want to get my hopes up that TSC is almost nearing April petitions when they're actually not =(

 

Anyone with any insight, please HELP!!!

Good Morning May Filers I'm so please to announce I got my approval from USCIS last night!!! My service center is Nebraska!!! God is so awesome. Once again this shows their processing time is unpredictable.

Based on the VJ processing times, it looks like NSC is only processing February cases now. You got lucky!! Hopefully the rest of the us will hear good news soon as well. Good luck in your next steps!

Me and my husband check everyday and get excited just seeing April filer approvals even though ours is May! Now hearing about a May approval is so awesome! Don't forget to update your timeline!
