So we are waiting for a response.  Anyone heard anything as yet.  According to timelines, they are up to April 12th.  Anyone set any wedding plans yet?  Any suggestions?

Some early May filers are starting to see approvals, but there are still lots of filers from April and before who haven't been approved yet. Suggestion is to not make wedding plans (especially if you're doing a big ceremony) that cannot be changed until Visa is in hand. Golden rule! :)

This thread should help you though:

I suggest you spend NO money which can not be refunded and make no plans which can not be changed........Too many things can delay plans in the world of immigration.  Many people here have leaned that the hard way...good luck!!

How come I don't have an estimated time lol

I think you've got some bad data in your timeline definition. It's showing Nebraska Service Center transferred to California, which is definitely not right for a K-1 (should just be California, or very rarely, California transferred to Vermont; Nebraska does not handle K-1s).

Yes your time line is all messed up. If you adjust the data ur estimated time will appear. Try removing the Nebraska  service center and just list the California  service  center. Read your Noa1 again it will tell you what center has your application.
