How to apply for green card who got visa?

This requires more information to answer. What visa did she get?

If it's an immigrant visa (i.e. CR-1/IR-1) then she needs to pay the immigrant fee to get the physical green card.

If it's a K-1, then she needs to file for AOS.

Edit: And you don't file anything...your sister would be the one to do anything.

What kind of visa? CR1/IR1?. After interview and if approved, they will give you the visa package. You pay for the green card online, and green card will mail to you after your entry to USA.

You don't need to do anything. It's your sister and her US husband filling forms..

Did she came to the US on torusit visa? K1 visa? Cr1 visa???

She got visa through her citizen husband that means May be CR1.

Maybe?

It's kind of big difference.

Tell your sister or her husband to come to this forum and ask the questions.

Then I suggest he creates an account and asks the question here. Simply put, he will know more about what he already did than anybody else.

You need to find out for sure what type of visa she entered the US on,  for us to properly answer you.

Or, have her/him make an account on VJ so we can be given the proper information since they'd know their own backstory better than anyone else.

If you are certain the wife came on a CR-1 visa, then they need to pay the immigrant fee to get the actual green card in the mail.

Interesting, did you arrange the marriage? Not often a sibling of the immigrant does the forms for the USC spouse.

anyway as others have said if CR1 you just need to pay the fee and remember there will be removal of conditioms necessary in a couple of years.
