I am doimg well!! Super busy with work lately. Waiting for nvc to receive our case so we can schedule the interview. How is it going on your end??

How long did it take for yours to reach NVC?

Hey girl... I am good.  Waiting for packet 3.  Ugh... very frustrating because i know someone who got it in six days and I am on day 8.  But whatever.  Um... I got my case number in about three weeks.  Look at my timeline for more accurate information.  Hope you have a nice weekend.

Uscis sent me my rfe. It says I need to provide intent to marry in 90 days. I sent them a letter of intent with my application already. Is there anything else I can do?

Did you have your beneficiary also sign a letter of intent?

You need one from both of you. It's also possible they just lost it.

Hey Sonia... it shouldn't be two months.  The process moves quickly after you get assigned a case number.  Just start getting your documents for packet 3 ready so when you or your fiance get that email from Spanish embassy, you can send it in that day.

We both sign and wrote different ones. Maybe they lost one. Do you think I should just send another or should we try to go another step further. We dont have any wedding plans set in stone. Only planning on a small court wedding.

I would send another since they specifically asked for it. Make sure it is in English, states the intent to marry within 90 days, and has her signature.

All this time im assuming there is around 50-60 cases left to close out October instead its 1481. This is unbelievable. Why bother proceeding to move to November if you are not under 1000 applications smh. I'm a December applicant as much as I would love to see them start working on December I think I would rather them finish October first.

Good luck to all the ones waiting on their approval I pray all these cases are done within the next 2 weeks.

Historically there has been a 30% 'silent' factor for all approvals, so if you take into account what we know is 70%...

There are probably somewhere around 543 approvals and 423 RFEs  not counted.... so that's potentially 966 cases that have been touched that still show received, leaving about 500 to be worked... which is still higher than it probably should be.

Did both you and your fiancé sent one?

did you use the classic template to show intent to marry?

if all yes, they might have just lost it so you can send it again (for one from each-petitioner and beneficiary)

As I can see at least 70+ movement every week in June cases since end of January which would make 20+ weeks up till now. That would mean 1400 cases were touched after July started. So I can’t agree with this calculation based on experience and the numbers. This is almost regular in happening all other months that I continously report (July, August, September)

I am sure it is less than what we see but for quarter 1 it was a 30% difference so I would say at the end of June we can assume there will be 30% more cases would statistically be done than what we see here. However as of now I would expect that number to be around 1000.
