i am never desperate to be in USA i am just worried of my girlfriend been alone because she is pregnant for me and will soon be delivering yes i accept i made mistakes in the past but that doesn't define and please i am looking for a solution  from people nothing else thanks

You got a solution. Provide a legal proof that divorced your fake wife and that you are free to marry. How you do it is your problem. That mistake will definitely define you in the eyes of the US immigration.

And I'm sorry but lying on application in order to increase your chances scream "desperate ".

It's possible they won't give him a ban because the misrepresentation wasn't material.

If you don't know anything then please been just be quiet. Yes, they can and will give him a ban if it is found out that he lied. It has been done in the past to those that have lied on their petitions.

OP,  you lied to the embassy and they know it. They have ways to find out if you are or not married. That you tried 5 times and lied in the last 2 screams desperation to them and I will be very surprised that they approve your K1. Now you will have to prove them that you were never married.

Anything you tell them now will be examined under a lot scrutiny. They may even think you are just using this USC just to get into U.S and that she is pregnant will not even help at all. They will think its another trick.  They can cross check all data from your previous applications and they will. By lying you have given them a solid reason to doubt what your real intentions are regarding your future  K1 application.  From now on be all honest in your applications. Remember this, lies have short legs.

This. You lied to USA in your application. You lied 2 times in a row. This may (and WILL for sure) cause a very serious issue as you may get a lifetime ban from entering to the USA. Look, there are no idiots in the embassy. They know everything you told them and it's recorded, forever. Last 2 times you lied to them and it WILL bite you very hard.

Yes, you are desperate. You did everything, trying to get into the USA no matter what. No one in their clear mind will apply 5 times in a short period of time, lying 2 times in a row just to try anything possible (even if it was not true at all). Your mistakes DO DEFINE YOU, in general in the eyes of US immigration.

I highly doubt you will be granted any visa anytime soon. Be ready for a long long journey because of your lies in the past.

thanks alot

please is there any solution you have because i really need your advice

There's no solution to overcome a lie. That's why it's a golden rule: NEVER LIE. Now you have two options:

  1. Provide a document that proves your divorce from your past marriage (because there was no marriage, you won't get it)
  2. Admit that you lied in your last 2 applications and face consequences (very hard K1 process, lots of questions, and possible lifetime ban).

Pregnancy will not help at all. In this case, it makes things even worse. She's there alone and pregnant and you won't come on time. I know it sucks, but you made this choice.
