Patience is hard to find at this stage, but we have to.  We're still In Transit, and hoping to be Ready soon.

I hope you will too!  We are nervous with all the inconsistencies surrounding the Ghana embassy but just hoping for the best.

Everything we read before filing said that things would move so much more quickly after NOA2 - I can't say I feel that way, hahaha!  I'm just hoping that by 2 months from now, I'll be reunited with my fiance.  And you too!

Then we can all look back on this crazy time and laugh (maybe).

We COMPLETELY agree.  Being stuck at the NVC for 4 weeks pending to send was a nerve-wracking nightmare.

Congratulations 🎉 Ours took about 10 days to get to issued but we had the bank holiday in the middle so you might be closer to a week. Then the passport was sent out on a Friday so didn’t get it back from the courier till Tuesday!!

Thank you 😊😊 hoping it’s here early next week! I’m flying out on June 9th and my Fiancé is coming here for a week before that so we will finally be flying ‘home’ togethee and never saying goodbye at the airport again!! Hoorayyy

Guys... should I book my interview today? I had a medical yesterday and I'll have the second one tomorrow. The doc is giving me the envelope and I have to bring it to the embassy with me, nothing will be sent through him. I looked on my embassy's website and the earliest date they have is next tuesday. I so badly want to book it, but in the letter they said to only book once you have everything and I'm scared that maybe not everything will be ready and the doc will ask me to come back next week and then I would have to reschedule my embassy appointment, which they don't like. But I just don't want to waist anymore days, ugh

Hello! We also have good news - we were approved on Friday 5/18 at the interview and I just checked the CEAC status this morning and it says issued.

Do you mean it took 10 days for your status to change to 'Issued' or to physically receive the passport back, etc? Just wondering how long ours might take to be in hand. :)

It took 10 days to get to issues and then about 4 days to get to us as we hit the bank holiday - otherwise it would have been sooner! It will be with you before you know it!!
