Hey guys! Just to put some minds at ease, we only submitted a job offer (no financials) and didn't go through a senator/congressman, and we got approved today (mailed evidence on 7/20, so it took about 4 weeks). That's all they ask for in the letter, so I don't think you'll be denied for not providing more than that.

Hi All,

Same as sammylee116, only submitted a job offer ( July 29th, received August 3), via mail because Fax wasn't working and got approved yesterday with notice that card is being printed.

QUESTION: those of you that filed for AP and EAD originally, and then expedited your EAD, did you get a combo card? Hoping that is the case!

Responses would be much appreciated!

you both are awesome! and congrats! and I thought sending only the job offer and one credit card statement wasnt enough.

You still didn't receive any case status update either?

I am so worried that they haven't received it.

We're basically on the same boat with us being May Filers.

Same here. Every morning I get up and I check the first time and then I keep checking throughout the day. Then it is weekend and we have to wait until Monday again. 😫

People with your PD are getting EAD now. So you shouldn't be waiting for too long hopefully.

I submitted my paperwork on the same day and haven’t heard anything either. I don’t know what we can do to at least know if they received the paperwork

Yes I sent some additional paperwork but my main evidence is my job offer. Here are quite a few people who only sent job offer. So fingers crossed.

I submitted expedition on July 18, received standard open case/case closed by officer notification July 18, tried to fax week of July  25, 26, called USCIS and they said mail it since fax is down mailed cover letter, their letter, job offer July 26. Sent faxed copy Aug 1, called USCIS spoke to tier 2 officer not able to give me any update no help Aug 14, emailed congressman Aug 9 received email back from them saying they will send a request to USCIS.

Received email today "Card is in production for AP, and EAD

I only sent in job offer and cover letter explaining that I will be an asset to the company no additional financial information.

MORAL OF THE STORY!! Patience is bliss!! looking at others reviews it will take about a month for the EAD expedition to be approved no way to make it go fast so just wait and stop looking at the website every 30 min it will dive you nuts.
