Yes he could complete a Direct Consulate Filing, the process takes maybe 60 days .. BUT .. he must be living in the Philippines for 6 months before being allowed to file a DCF

The 6 months might be the deal breaker there, I thought you just had to show a valid visa to stay there.

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

Based on the history of the OP's posts,  either....

1. He has no respect for rules, laws, or polices and is willing to lie, cheat, and steal to get what he wants.

or

2. He is a troll.

Either of those cases have me less inclined to contribute advice.

Or not the brightest.

What you are planning, for her to die before you?  That is the only way a foreign spouse can have title to property in the Philippines.

I know I will never have title, I just wanted to have access to it and legal rights.  We had to get the Barangay Captain involved.

You have no legal rights to real property in the Philippines .. married or not.  Only exception is as noted earlier.

I got PNP involved and also the Barangay Captain involved and was told I don't have any claim to the land, but I do have claim to the house.

So that is what I am going with

Okay I know we made a mistake. Almost in a romantic gesture we got married while waiting for our K1 interview and now my Filipino wife's Cenomar says married to 'me'.

For a somewhat under-developed country they sure are fast with their PSA statistics.

The Visa was not denied, rather we were given one year to show her PSA Cenomar as 'single'.

QUESTION: is there time to get an annulment and a new Cenomar showing ' ' single' ?

That is the crucial question. We have one year and I understand that there are new more liberal annulment laws?

Does anyone know if the Cenomar will then show married at one time to me but now annulled ? Or will it simply say 'SINGLE' again.

In other words, is the Cenomar a record of all her marriages and then annulments or will it become pure again and simply say 'single' . Because that's what we need. Thank you very much in advance for any responses.

Dude, you made your bed now you must lie on it. Your K1 visa will always be denied because you will never get a single status now that you’re married. Best case scenario is you ask USCIS to cancel your petition. Wait out the time and file for a CR1. That was a stupid mistake and such an unnecessary step. You were almost done. Now you’re gonna have to wait more than a year because you will start all over. And not just start the K1 all over because that’s faster. But a CR1. Which takes soooo long. Hope you’ve learned your lesson.

I remember that one. With a certain degree of fondness. Man, some people's children.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.
