Call USCIS via this number:‭ 800 375-5283‬, ask that your case be expedited under severe financial lost to a company or person with your  job offer as the main supporting evidence. You could also include a negative bank account if you have one. USCIS will create a service request for your case and give you the referral number while asking you to wait between 5 to 30 days for your request to be processed. If the result of the processing isn’t favorable to you, book a infopass and possibly consider seeking assistance from your local congressman or senator. Hope I’ve answered your question in some way but the best SR you can put is out of processing time if you’re an early January filer

Thank you so much for your reply!!!🌷

So if I call USCIS, I’ll need tell them which company gives me the offer and how much fianacial loss I’ll have verbally right? And after that they might request the evidence of my job offer, and after I fax them everything I’ll have to wait to see if they approve my request or not, is that right?

BTW I’m a earlier June filer and I don’t have a negative bank account, so my only supporting argument on expediting EAD is monthly salary loss if I couldn’t work earlier...

I-485/765/131:

06/01/2018 - Sent AOS/EAD/AP through UPS, received NOA1 on 6/11. Received bio appointment on 6/15 and completed on scheduled date 6/29.

07/06/2018 - Submitted EAD expedite request with job offer, reason was financial loss. Received EAD/AP combo card on 08/04. AOS changed to 'Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview' on 7/24.

07/23/2019 - AOS interview was scheduled on 8/27. In the interview USCIS can't make decision because original K1 file got split up somewhere.

11/25/2019 - AOS got approved, received the actual card in mail on 12/2.

I-751:

09/05/2021 - Sent ROC through FedEx, delivered on 9/7, received message e-notification on 9/9 stated case was received, check is cashed on 9/10, NOA1 in mailbox on 9/13.

10/28/2021 - Fingerprints have been taken (Reuse).

01/17/2023 -  Case was transferred To Another Office

01/26/2023 - Case Was Approved

N-400:

08/28/2022 - Submitted N-400 online, NOA1 on 08/29/2022, with estimate time 10 months for decision. Biometrics is reused.

11/23/2022 - Interview was scheduled on 1/11/2023, it was a combo interview for I751/N400. Both cases were verbally approved. System hasn't been updated yet.

01/26/2023 - Form N-400 recommended to be approved --> Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled

02/06/2023 -  Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed, Oath on 2/22

02/22/2023 - Oath Ceremony, applied passport the same day, with estimated receiving date in middle of May. ALL DONE!!

What dates are currently being processed? Are we looking at mid-January right now? I'm Jan 30th so I feel so close yet so far!!

Hi, I know the feeling, I filed around the same time as you, but it should be soon! I've seen approvals from January and some from Feb and beyond but there are still people waiting from December and further back, I think it mostly depends on where you filed, fingers crossed it'll be any day now!!

AOS, EAD, AP Filed Concurrently: 01-22-2018
NOA1 Date: 02-08-2018
RFIE Received: 02-26-2018

Bio. Appt.: 03-06-2018

RFIE Evidence Received: 03-21-2018

EAD Received: 07-13-2018 (no AP as USCIS never filed it for some reason)

Hi everyone! We had our AOS interview on June 26. The officer was probably new to this job because there was a supervisor present. He just went over the form with me and my daughter (14 y.o.), she got fewer ''terrorist" questions though. My son (11 y.o.) was just asked his name and address. My husband got only one questions that he had absolutely no clue about - my parents' names:D He is terrible with names! The officer didn't even look at supporting evidence, he only took the kids' copies of vaccination reports, and my new form I-693 that says that I can't complete vaccinations due to pregnancy. He was not sure if the kids' ones were complete (in spite of them being marked as "Complete"), so he said he would double check and make a decision later. On July 3 I got an email that the case is still being reviewed and there are no updates - and several hours later there were 3 approval notices in the mail!!! Yay!!!

Today the status changed from "My interview was scheduled" to "My card was picked up by USCIS",  nothing about being approved.

So, the electronic notifications seem to be not very reliable...

Yay congrats! And omg I would have been freaking out if my husband did not answer right to such a basic question!!!! Im sure being pregnant is sufficient evidence!

Congrats again! And thank you for sharing!

It seems like these officers are toying with people.... Now the processing times for EADs are 4.5 mths to 6.5 months .... WOW . I pray that everyone who hasn't received any information hear something soon. SMH

Its just so crazy! And after you get the EAD its another long wait for interview dates!! I wish they would've just kept the entire processing at the 3-4 months so people can get on with their lives

Thank you! As far as I know, they don't see pregnancy as evidence as it happens not only in bona fide marriages. I was pretty worried about that question being a problem, besides, my son was behaving like a monkey and saying "Mh-hmm" when I was saying "No" to the terrorist questions:D But in spite of their joint effort to mess up the interview, everything turned out to be OK.
