Thank you very much the letter has to be filled in Spanish in English or only in English.

If Spanish believe it needs to be translated prior to USCIS receiving it.

Hi, i am in need of help.   As i mentioned before, i received i RFE back on June 13th because i leave a check question blank, Have i ever been convicted of a crime?" The RFE i received had a page with the question and a place to mark Yes or No, i selected no and returned the RFE.   The new website updated my case today with a Denial, i am still shock, there is not really any reason for denial, my Fiance and I had long relationship in our teens, have been seen each other since 2016, i sent plenty of evidence as i travel to see her every 3-4 months.  I am a citizen, we both are divorced and divorce certificates were sent along with proof of citizenship.  Also, i called and when they machine ask me for my WAC, it told me that my I-30 petition was in Laguna California,  I-30?   Finally i got someone in the line and they told me that they been having lots of issues with the system and that it was down at that moment.    Whats going on?  I have not seen a denial in the entire time i been in here nor anywhere.    I am about to lose my mind, 22 years waiting for this moment since we got separated back in 1995, i do even know how i am going to tell her.     Hoping their system is screw up enough that it is a mistake.

Do you or your fiancé(e) have a court case that is readily available as in their database. Have either one of you had a court case expunged? If any of those are true and you ticked no then you would be denied. If neither of you have a case like that then I recommend that you wait a few more days and see if it has been corrected. But if it is still showing as a denial then I recommend a immigration lawyer take your case to USCIS.

You need to be strong and strong for your fiancé(e). I wish you all the best.

Dec 29th filer here with an NOA1 Date of Jan 10th and I got my approval on July 17th and just received NOA2 in the mail; 188 days waiting. I dont believe they go in any specific order because there are people that filed after me and got approved before me, I was getting frustrated as well.

@Joulie & Victor @AdaEdo I’m a non-born US citizen and mine went pretty smooth so I don’t think that’s accurate. I also had a divorce decree in my petition so I don’t think the variations of paperwork in the case matters either, I think it’s mostly who handles your case.

We filed in Dec of 2017, received on Dec 21st. Sat all excited last few days and nothing back yet. It's really disheartening to see the expected date roll past your date and just sit there wondering what is going on.

How long do you typically wait before requesting a follow up?

I think it's 210 days.

I can't believe what I'm reading!! I'm so sorry you have to go through this, let's pray it's just a mistake, but you need to be strong now! Your fiance needs you. I know it's devastating and that my words don't mean anything, but we're all here for you. Until you get another notice, or call USCIS we're not really sure about the denial, so be patient and call all the times you have to get a proper answer. I'll pray for you both!

Hi folks, my dearest sympathies to those with RFEs, denials, and no NOA2 yet.  I suppose I should feel very fortunate.

Has anyone in NOA2 had their case assigned but sit "at NVC" for over two weeks?  I was hoping to breeze through this step, but still waiting for it to be sent overseas since case assignment on July 5th.

I am in the same situation. NOA 2 on June 15, case assigned on July 6.

Still 'at NVC'. Next available date for interview in my country is Aug. 21 and at this rate I'd be lucky to get an appointment in early or mid Sep... :(
