None, you can get anyone to write anything, that's why they don't hold much weight.

I know the instructions list a bunch of things even though they don't expect it.

Most things can't be done without SSN, and they might even want your spouse in person.

 

If you have ongoing trips and photos with family, that should be good.

Just wedding pics, a timeline of our love story with pictures and that is it ( in the 1.5 yrs we had flown about 9 times  Halfway across the world)..  didn't send boarding passes or anything else either.  Timeline included family meeting, meeting his kids, my kids etc..

 

Never got an RFE.

I'm in a same-sex marriage, so it was tough to gather evidence, but I provided with plane tickets, hotel reservations, and about 7 pictures of vacations with family and friends. 

Application was approved with no issues at the USCIS and NVC.

My hubby and I submitted the following and we were approved without any RFE 

Marriage certificate 

Some Whatsapp chatlog

Boarding passes 

Passport stamps

Pics of us pre wedding, wedding and post wedding

We got 2 affidavit but that was just for formality.

We focused on how many trips we each took to see each other and we also wrote a story of how we met how the relationship progressed. In essence we gave a timeline.

For a CR1 from a low-fraud country you need barely anything.  A few pictures together, proof of traveling to see each other (even if it was before the wedding), congratulations cards on your wedding, etc.  Don't overthink it.

 

We didn't have any bank accounts, property, etc. together even though we lived with each other.  I didn't have a CPR number and he didn't have a SSN, so it was pretty much a non-starter.

 

USCIS isn't really expecting much from you because they know that you haven't had a chance to build a life together.

 

By the way, a child is just proof someone's sperm and egg combined in your uterus... it isn't a whole lot of weight either and unless you are super keen on it, avoiding pregnancy during immigration will cause less stress all around.

Pictures, flight confirmations/passport stamps are probably the best to provide...anything that actually proves you have spent time together, met each other's friends and family. If you are recently married they don't expect any financial co-mingling or joint property ownership. Don't send TOO much evidence...we used a lawyer and sent about 20 pictures, flights and passport stamps to USCIS and then brought more pictures to the interview (an album containing around 100), print screens of our engagement and wedding announcements along with comments from friends.

I overloaded it I think. We had been married 3 months when I filed so I wanted there to be no question in their minds. Most documents included pre/post marriage to prove we had a relationship prior.

3. Skype Call Logs

3. Whatsapp chat transcripts

4. Notarized affidavits from friends/family

5. Facebook posts

6. Comments from Wedding video (We streamed live on facebook for her family)

7. Pictures from every trip/family vacation

8. Purchase receipts for Christmas/Birthdays etc

9. Beneficiary documentation (we don't have joint bank but she is my beneficiary on bank accounts/life insurance/401k/etc)

10. Passport stamps (mine) from visits to her country

11. Copy of witnessed document by kids biological father allowing them to move

My husband and I both made each other beneficiaries of retirement plans, 401Ks, life insurance, that sort of stuff. Also a living will and medical power of attorney...I covered my husband's vision care through my work's insurance plan while I was still in Canada. He put me as an account manager on our Verizon account. Photos of the two of you at events, greeting cards from family members of each other (if you have them). Things of this nature will help. I would think a high fraud country would make them carry even less weight

Logic would say everything would carry less weight, which I suppose is why many in that position throw everything and the kitchen sink at their petitions in terms of "proof".

I think we sent three. (The USC's mother, father, and best friend.) They were very very brief and impersonal.

We just went by the list provided by USCIS. The only other piece of evidence we had was a boat insurance policy belonging to the USC which for some reason also had my name on it.

Try small regional banks, they ask for less requirements to open a joint account.

 

Ohh and we sent 3 affidavits, but as everyone has mentioned they have very low importance in your application. Just send the 3 you have.
