  1. It's been a while since I've posted here so I'm sure I have this in the wrong place. When my stepkids moved here, their biological father wouldn't allow them to change their names. Since then, he had changed his mind. In the UK you can formally change your name via a Deed Poll which the passport office and all will accept. If I have deed poll documentation indicating the kids names have changed, should I have issues when submitting documents with the new names to the USCIS. I was hoping to do this when I apply to remove conditions in the next few months. Thank you!
