Does anyone have an idea about my situation right now? I am still waiting for the copy of my NOA2.. We got an approval NOVEMBER 07. The post office sent back our NOA2 to USCIS on NOVEMBER 20. I am waiting also for our case number in NVC, its our 4th weeks as of this moment. Do you think there is an effect if my case status says “Document was returned to USCIS” on getting our NVC case number? Im so worried and frustrated on what’s going on.. :cry::clock:

It’s sounds to me that the letter was incorrectly addressed or undelivered. You should contact the USCIS ASAP and verify the address they have on file for you.

It would probably also affect receiving the correspondence from NVC but you can also get your NVC number by calling the NVC.

I just sent an inquiry to NVC. It's been almost a month waiting for case number. Has anyone done that too? Did it work at all?

I'm not expecting it to work but I hope calling and emailing them will make them realize how behind they are...

Anyone been calling USCIS too? What should I say if I call them? Just ask them if they've sent our petition? I will try to send an inquiry too...

I am getting extremely nervous seeing as how some people have been waiting around 40 days and still nothing. That's not normal!

Sending an inquiry didn’t make any difference to me. They only answer you something like “we don’t have record of your case” so in fact it is the same response you can obtain through the phone but slower :(

Same for me I think I’m already at 40 days

First of all I am sorry I couldn't finish April today, so I don't have a daily.

the wildfire in Ventura...kind of hitting too close to my fiance and my future home, (no seriously 3 miles level close)

I'm wishing everyone close to the area is safe and will stay safe till this disaster ends.

But I'll do a full update tomorrow.

Total (Shoegum+Naes) = 70 +1 (12/4 case)
