@Trinab80 did you hear anything? I can’t believe they finally updated the website to June 1 and we still waiting who else is still waiting with no RFE and No Response? I filed an online Inquiry but who knows this is crazy !!!! 5/17 and still waiting, come on now ☹️

No, I still haven't heard anything. I actually got off the phone with these idiots just now. But I submitted an online inquiry yesterday and have to wait from now until January 12th for a response.

I have been calling once a week and each rep has told me that they can see that I call every week, but yet nothing - I have to wait. I called yesterday evening to speak with a live Tier 2 rep to put a service ticket and get an update on the status on my case and this fool tells me that he sees my case is "in transit to possibly go to my local field office or to the Department of State, he wasn't sure where it was going but that it just says in transit". When I try to ask why would this be happening and I wasn't notified etc., his dumb*** got smart saying that they don't have to notify us every time a change is made our case. And then tells me that I couldn't put a service ticket in because I have 2 pending tickets in the system. I get off of the phone, go to the USCIS website, and what do I do - I PUT MY SERVICE TICKET/INQUIRY IN AND THE SYSTEM ACCEPTED MY INQUIRY WITH NO PROBLEM!!!

I wake up this morning feel uneasy about what I was told last night just to be told that no, my case is not in transit and that it's still at the CSC and I have to wait for my service ticket to be assigned. I asked this rep 3 times, why would your colleague tell me that my case was in transit to go wherever he claimed it POSSIBLY could be going and she said, I don't know why he told you that because it's not in transit, the case is still pending and I have to wait until Jan. 10-12th for a response back and that's it.

I'm done with USCIS, I'm done calling them because other than setting my blood pressure through the roof, I CANNOT DEAL WITH INCOMPETENCY AND RUDENESS!!!!!

When I tell you that I want to just throw in the damn towel because the spousal visa would have been so much easier and less stressful to do with!! Considering that's pretty much how my petition is being treated...like a freaking CR1/spousal visa!

219 days of absolutely NOTHING and still counting!

I finally called USCIS for the first time during this process. NOA2 on 11/8 and still nothing from NVC. I was pleasantly surprised from the nice attitude of the tier 1 and the quick transfer to tier 2 with the same attitude.  According to what I have seen here I thought it was going to be tougher to get information or through to tier 2. Well a Tier 2 called me back 32 minutes into a 97 minute scheduled window. Basically told me that our file was still in California for processing. Questioned the processing of a approval. Was told that they had to wait for additional cases so that they could mail them in bulk. Really...Almost 7 weeks and they still do not have enough cases to mail yet. Are they sending them by train, Container Ship the long way.... At least I know it is still in California like I thought. Told me to call back next week though....

I know right? It's like they're living in the 19th Century...Perhaps it's for security reasons but they don't tell us ANYTHING. On top of that any info they give us is false and contradictory. That's a lot of trust to put in an agency that lies to you...

yup I'm here at Day 219, @JohnAna05823 also in the same boat as all of us. I'm quite sure we've all sent inquires when the processing time was updated yesterday so hopefully we will heard some back quickly. Someone said they received their approval at exactly the 7 month mark Day 221. If I apply that to my case & @Trinab80 since we both have the same NOA1 date, we should hear something by Friday. I can only continue to pray we get approvals soon.

One can only hope but I need to be realistic so I don't keep feeling sad and down when the end of the week comes and no approval. I stopped calling USCIS because some of them obviously have no idea what they are doing. I called one officer who said the system was down and to call back tomorrow. I hung up and literally called back 1 minute later and another officer said the system is fine smh They will raise your blood pressure
