Dates Updated at USCIS Website - No response of petetion

I just checked USCIS website it shows California Service Center is processing Sept files. My file was in July. I dint get NOA2 or RFE , website shows case received. Whats happening?

It's likely a glitch..many June and most July/Aug filers haven't been touched yet. That table just showed up today and they probably just haven't noticed yet.

Yeah that definitely looks like something went wrong when they updated the processing times. They might correct the dates soon.

I think same.

Its unusual to update processing times on starting of month. their policy says they update it on 15th of every month. but they updated it on 31 Oct n 7 Nov. surprising

Very likely a glitch... more likely 6/1 (June 1), not 9/1 (Sept. 1).

I'm thinking about this and there's one of two plausible possibilities:

 

1. It was a mistake on the webmaster's side to update to 9/1/2017 instead of 6/1/2017

2. If it was updated on 10/31/2017 and then again on 11/7/2017 then it may be possible (HOPEFULLY) a change to their processing and maybe they split the outstanding cases by month with another center. Texas is still at May and Vermont is now at June according to the updates.

 

I've been checking constantly to see if there are any updates on the US government websites or just Google in general but nothing yet.

Also as per that section of the website:

 

"We update this page every month (around the 15th of each month). Please note that these data may change without notice."

I think they might have split the cases. Because I remember one of the centers were processi ng September(vermont) now it says June.

Ok so I really hate how my mind likes to wander off into other possibilities but what if it is a case that the person updating the site got the dates confused on both? Like Vermont was suppose to say September and Cali was supposed to say June. I'm HOPING really hard that it's that they finally see that it's not fair to punish those who are trying to do things the right way (There's a whole thing with the H1B visas causes a lot of backlog for processing and it's slowing everything down for everyone) and they've finally gotten through all that ####### and have split the workload with at least one other center

I doubt they would make this mistake and not notice it right away.  Let's see what happens tomorrow. Let's hope for the best

I would be more surprised if USCIS acted quickly on anything...
