Try Service Request for I-751... that's what I did about a month later after the transfer... and received an email that says N-400 interview was scheduled on the same day as the service request

I couldn’t, and didn’t allow me to do service request, because I filled I751 in January and I think I’m in the normal processing time, what do you think ?

It is not worth it. They will hardly tell you anything useful. You can go but they will just tell you what the system says.

Once a transfer happen, they will say you have 6 months from the transfer date before you can consider it outside of the normal processing time.

So what’s the solution now ?

It shouldn't flag your file. Everyone makes mistakes. However you should submit the amended ones and may be explain in an attached letter.

Submit them with your application and keep a copy in case you are asked for them at the interview. Typically, they will ask you for the most recent proofs from the time you applied to the time of the interview.

I would attach the most recent three but if you really ask me I would attach all from the day you got married.

Thanks MHZ for your advice ... I would do just that ..

Can't remember if you had previously stated whether you tried to call the USCIS help line. That worked for us. The agent didn't give us any useful information but I do believe the call was logged into the case file. Exactly one day later, someone at the local office probably saw that and picked up the case for action, issuing my wife an interview date. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Oh, one more thing. When we called, the agent did mention submitting a Service Request but warned us that we couldn't submit one until our i-751 was pending for 20 months. This sort of mirrors your experience. Still too early for a Service Request.

It’s been more than 94 days since they transferred my case to NBC Missouri, because I filled for N400 while I 751 still pending, should I get an appointment with my local office and see what’s going on?

My I751 was transferred to NBC Missouri in May and when I went to my interview for N400, they scheduled me I751 on site. All the I751 paper files were already in Chicago office but I never received any notice that it got transferred again or interview date for I751. They did the I751 interview that day only because they had to approve this first to proceed with my N400 interview. So maybe you will get your N400 interview date before I751. Make sure that you bring all the documents for I751 as well and your spouse for N400 interview so they will consider to combine both interviews at the same day.

I filed the same day you did at CSC. Was your case transferred at all since you filed N400? Did they approve your N400 or just I-751? I’m anxious because I’m hoping for an approval very soon but afraid they are going to delay my case because I filed N400 and end up combining it for interview at my local office that is very backlogged right now. If you don’t mind sharing your time line that would be awesome!

Honestly, you just have to wait. You can try to call or make an appointment but at this point, I doubt you will get an answer different from what I said.

Thanks.

I even call the USCIS this morning, the answer is " your case is pending in the normal process,"

Quick question: I have my ROC pending with CSC May 2017 to be exact. I filed my N400 in May 2018. I was told by the lady that gave me my stamp that USCIS has combined both my petitions and will most probably be interviewed at the same day, In the Dallas office I think it’s around 20 months waiting time for the N400. So my question is will I have to wait that 20ish months for my ROC to be approved? Or since I’ve already filed ROC my n400 will be approved around the same time my ROC will be.
