Such great advice.....

I should run back to the states and sit in my comfortable home while my husband is homeless.

We knew the sacrifice when we married of losing our families.

Do you  call it love just thinking of myself and leaving him alone???

I call that being selfish.

I dont abandon my partner!

Returning to the US would allow you to stay alive and even send some funds to the husband to help him out. Both of you being alive is essential. No long term plans without that.

Other options: moving to a country where you could get care and one of you is authorized to work.  Algeria is a large country, why not move away from your families.  I have a friend undergoing dialysis who visited her family there and got treatment.

As they say, when you're in a hole, stop digging. Step back, take a moment to think about your next logical actions. You're only victims of your own choices right now.

There's no magic solutions, you might not like the answers, however this does not have to be a tragic story where you end up dying in each other's arms.  Sit down and set a logical plan.

Our lives our choice....

You willing to marry a man and leave him for 2 years in this messed up world?

Risk travel bans?  Risk ban lists?

This would mean never being together again.

Im not speaking about military. ...

But other than that who in their right mind marrys and stays apart and sits in another country???

Why you didnt move in with him during your wait?

Or didnt he invite you;)

We have been married 8 years and he is here in the USA and unlike you we have a home, he has a good job and we have money. We were forced 2 spend 2 years apart so that he could come to the USA and have a good life.

People who want their loved ones to move to the US with them. I guess they are all crazy people. :)

Why they can't move to the foreign countries during the process? Well, maybe because they need JOBS and money to finance the process and prove they can support the immigrant.

Sorry my marrige is a PROCESS

your only object was a ticket for him to USA.
