From what I've seen you'll be one of the positives in July! Please escort us throughout  this journey cause in about 3-4 weeks people will be going crazy here with "they passed my number" and "only my date didn't get touched"

LOL ... even though I am a July filer, i have been frustrated with this K1 Visa process since March 2017... I was supposed to file then and could have had my fiancee here with me already but because of some stupid misinformation, I didn't file in March,  still didn't file in April/May nor June

 

I was a lurker on here for a long time and didn't wanna join until I saw some July approvals...

well, I got tired of waiting and in November I decided to join the community...

 

But yea...this process will drive some people completely insane because this is not your regular long distance relationship that we're in...

This is LDR + USCIS + NVC + Mr. "everything you can do I can do it better" in the office...

If there is an error of writting in application they will let me know now? And send the application back and  it will take 6 months like now? I am confused sorry

i'm July 19th filer, just found this topic. So frustrated with this wait 🙄 But I'm glad that July filers weren't approved yet, I thought they just skipped my application.

Nope at this point I believe They will send you an rfe not reject the whole form (also depending on what kind of a, and how big of a mistake it is). If it is an rfe (request for additional evidence) then you will correct and send it back and after that the maximum wait looks like 60 days but most approvals come faster.

Believe me VJ has calmed me down in these three months ( have joined in November) before that was so restless with extreme mood swings and so much anxiety! 😖 VJ is a saviour, it’s like a family I have found sailing with me on the same boat❤️

I sincerely hope they do start really working on July soon with several approvals.  It'd be really neat to start seeing some good approval numbers.  I won't hold my breath though because that's what screwed myself and my fiance over in the first place.  We are going to be calling this weekend as we're at 180 days now.  I'm really interested to see what they'll say.  I kind of want to straight up ask them what they reckon happens when the information is sent to the NVC.  That's the part of the process that's really dashed my hopes.  Good luck to all Julees/Juliers/Julapenos.  We'll get there eventually.  I'm sending my good hopes to the NVC part of the process now so those who waited aaaaages for approval can at least get through the next step.

 

Also a special thank you too @Naes and @JSCGPV for being the heroes of our time with the scans and the data analysis!!!

 

Also, also, we still have 2 more full days in this week so hopefully we'll see some action.  After that we still have 3 weeks in January and I reckon we could still see a pickup starting next week.  There is hope but don't be like me and budget money based on hope lol.
