Update: they did not expedite

Thanks for the info and I'm thinking by this stage of the game I doubt if its an expedite if a July Filer gets an Approval . Just a plain old fashioned approval. :D

There are lots of NOA2s coming in mail without an update on case tracker.

FYI I saw that post and thought it was a little confusing, the person mentioned she sent her petition end of June and received NOA1 in July, but never really said the received date on her NOA1... so it could be that she's a June filer and only received the hard copy NOA2 in July... either way, we have seen WAC from July that was approved, so July has started yay!

Wow, that took a whole three hours this time.   With an NOA1 date of 7/13 I'd be surprised if the received date is in July, too. I mean, I sent mine in at the end of June but my received date is July 3rd, so I'm betting on that. Of course, the best way to find out is to ask her.....

Good afternoon, fellow filers.

I cannot express how much I cannot wait for this part of the #@&^@#$ process to be over. Mr. Quelly is not adjusting to being back in the UK after his long visit and it's wearing us both down.

I hope for NOA2 for everyone, especially those in June (looking at you, John) and for everyone else that tries to keep each other sane.

Unrelated, but my dog was named the 'dog daycare dog of the month' so I've got that to brag about for a few more weeks. B-)

My fiancee is in a Facebook group for Brazilians going through the K1 process and just informed me someone in there with a 7/13 NOA1 date got their approval. She's checking to see if it's an expedite....

P. S. - that petitioner just got a letter, no online update

Ooh..... I can't believe our time is here.... I can hardly process the idea right now... Haha

So, now that approvals are finally starting to roll in, what is a realistic estimate for POE for early and late July filers? I'm thinking early July-ers would be looking at a late May/early June POE, but I'm not sure. I'm planning on going down with my son to stay for a month or two during the summer with my fiancee, and so I'm hoping I can get her and her two kids a plane ticket to come back with me while I'm down there.
