I called back this morning to try to get my nvc case number. And guess what? They apparently haven’t received my case 😡😡 I’m definitely upset that I was lied to last night that my case was received. Completely unacceptable. “Sorry you were told the wrong information” was all I was practically told multiple times. I want answers on why I was lied to not an apology.

Oh bad😣 keep calling. 💪

Yes, it is raining June approvals, 30 so far out of 3500+ cases :lol:. Your date should be in the first combined week May + June, May 30th if I am correct? Almost there, you will be happy very soon !

Day 189.. Reached tier 2 yesterday and she said she couldn't tell us anything about our case. She then hung up on us. This really sucks, I hoped to at least hear something before Thanksgiving. And seems like they're not even touching May 16th anymore.

Although, I've come to grips that this week won't be my week again. Yesterday they didn't touched any May 23rd received cases, and from the looks of this, they didn't touch any today either. Which leads me to believe that whoever has my case is on vacation this week. I look at my office right now and it's getting emptier and by tomorrow it will be scarce here, and I already know what Friday is gonna be like here (because I'm not even coming to work). So, if it's like that here at my job, it's probably the same at the CSC center.

As much as I hate to say it, unless God performs some type of miracle between, tomorrow and Friday, I'm gonna be M.I.A. on here for the rest of the week just go back to lurking. According to Tier 1, I have to wait for the processing  chart to update next month (or whenever they chose to update it) in order for me to put in another inquiry, although I have a pending inquiry that the officer has between now and Dec. 1st to respond to (I'm not holding my breath waiting for that to happen).

It is what it is. Praying for at least my approval in December with the hopes of having a interview for my fiancé early/mid January. It's just freaking me out knowing that as soon as we get the approval and our NVC Case#, everything will be really fast because JA Embassy has so many dates and times available for medical and interview. This is really depressing and so emotionally draining.

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

If it helps, I filed for an enquiry when they made a mistake in changing the date, we got a reply today:
Thank you for your inquiry.  On 11/08/2017, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I-129F to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days.

Thank you but I have done the same and was told similar to what you were told which is I should hear something before the end of this month. And I can only submit another inquiry after the processing times update and change from May 1st which should be done sometime next month.
