Im all for sticking with your guy... the loyalty is admirable...

However he's doing Everything he promised to do?

drained the swamp?

repealed Obamacare on Day one... Day one people

started building the wall... again day one

Just the other day he was quoted as saying he wasn't the leader of the world (or something to that affect) yet not even a week later he takes the decision to bomb Syria.. yes he was against it previously but you can change your mind, but what changed his mind, what is his thought process for doing so now?

deflect from the chaos he faces at home perhaps?

he didn't go through either house to discuss it so as to get a consensus and understand what the policy is going forward. He has lacked that throughout, a clear strategy or policy on virtually everything.

he might get applauded for his tough stance but look behind the action and understand his motives. If he's decided on this because he's seen a few television pictures of distressed Syrians it's hardly a basis to conduct critical foreign policy is it.

a classic flip flop from him.

Given his record thus far he should be made to discuss any moves with both sets of houses first as if he's relying on the bunch of Ill informed, zero experience idiots he has surrounding him, Bannon,Kushner etc then it's a very slippery slope.

telling the media on every ocassion he's going to do great things abroad or domestically but he's not going to tell anyone is not what he's been voted in for because you can bet your bottom dollar he has no plans and is making it up as he goes along!

He basically hijacked the party. Many many people do not stand side by side with his views on a range of subjects and I would be livid if he's what is meant to represent my political affiliation (some all of their lives).

He saw a party in disarray and took full advantage to use it as a conduit to sit in the Oval Office. I'm amazed at how proud so many people are that this man and his character is regarded as the most qualified (in their eyes) to lead the nation.

he wants his place in history whatever the cost. If he makes a few million whilst in office then do much the better. You can bet your life he will rinse every last dime out once he leaves office that is for sure.

50 years ago or more if anyone had encouraged Russia to carry out espionage on US citizens he might have been strung up!

All those supporters who deny how deeply in bed he is with Putin hasn't got the American values to their hearts if you ask me. He's made treasonous comments and maybe worse to follow after the investigations.

My other posts were unfortunately deleted by higher powers so was u able to copy them from a different thread as the OP requested strict in topic posts only therefore please if you have a view of Mr Trump lasting the who,e term be my guest as to say why you believe he will do so..

la pick of serious opposition both in his own party and democrats? Or apathy amongst voters perhaps?

Do you not think he will face any opposition to his thrust for a second term from within the Republican Party?

i guess it depends on his record in the next 3 years that will determine that.

ironic how this draft dodger now commands the respect of each military arm. I feel for the poor soldiers who have to salute him as he goes by knowing he used his money to ensure he didn't do one minute of service.

  1. At Trumps weight and age there is a 2% of passing every year.  If you compound the effects of the stress of the office b 2X you get a 16% chance of mortality.
  2. Impeachment:  The only thing I see solid now is the chance that irrefutable evidence that will connect Russian espionage with quid pro quo actions direct by Trump.  I put the chance of this at 1/20 or 5 %
  3. Boredom and Frustration:  Trump can succeed, misses his regular routines looses interest and just quits  3%
  4. Assassination I don't think this is likely but they seem kinna loosy goosey down at the Winter Whitehouse
That puts the chance at 1 in 4 or 25%

Honestly, if they didn't kill Obama they're not going to kill trump.

He he will go 4 years, 8 I'm not so sure of.  I could see him bowing out depending on if they have a strong candidate.

i believe firmly it'll be a Booker/Warren ticket in 2020, I'm not so sure if I believe in it.

I'd say a very good likelihood of him going 8 unless Democrats come with a moderate candidate who can repair relations with people in rust belt states that Clinton and Sanders both alienated. All this Russia conspiracy garbage and Trump tantrums aren't helping Dems whatsoever. They better rely on people having very short memories by election season in 2019.

I also laugh at the concept Trump won't even last 4 years. After being wrong so many times about Trump not being elected, or not lasting a few months, its entertaining watching the left repeatedly move the goalposts to justify inane beliefs.

Sadly, I hope he does, unless you can impeach the VP as well. Pence is worse then Trump, because he actually seems to believe in all the rhetoric. He's convert, and those are dangerous.

And what evidence do you have of any Russian ties? None? That's what I thought.

I love how you ask and answer on behalf of the respondent, settle the discussion and then confirm it was a waste of time to even ask the question all in one post. Very efficient.

On the four or eight year question, I think there is a strong chance he will position Ivanka or Jared to succeed him. Hence the nepotism, let them build a resume.
