I just received my bio letter but I have a question for you guys..  I filed this I 751 for my 7 years old son today I surprised because they will take his fp is this ok ?

Received Biometrics Notice today (4/29) with a Notice Date of 4/21 and appointment scheduled for 5/8. Woohoo!

Thank you to the person who added my information to the spreadsheet.  I made a typo.  The day the letter was delivered  was on the the 28th not the 29th.  Now waiting for the biometrics letter.

Visa Journey helped me find an error on the AOS in February 2015. In March 2015 I was also able to help my spouse get the correct birth records required by NVC by reading the Nigerian thread on Visa Journey.

April 2, 2015- Case is in Supervisor Review because the DS260 form was sent electronically January 6, 2015 but hasn't been reviewed as of yet.

April 17, 2015- I finally have the 3rd N/A next to the Affidavit of Support fee. I spoke to a supervisor yesterday (Thursday). She told me she would have the case reviewed by the end of the week. It looks like she kept her word. I will call again tonight to confirm case complete :)

April 17, 2015- CONFIRMED CASE COMPLETE

June 18, 2015- Interview

July 01 , 2015- CEAC Status Shows Issued

July 03, 2015- Welcome to USA!!!

(United Airlines roundtrip ticket estimated at $2000.00)

Thanks you guys!!! I hope it doesn't take more than a month to figure out and send it back as that will push it close to my card expiration date. I will come back and send an update when I have my paperwork back. Good luck to everyone for now. :)

Is your son applying for ROC? if yes, then just like anyone else he ought to have his fp taken.

Hi,

Quick question; we sent the paperwork on 04/15 check has no been cashed yet! Hopefully it cash this week. 

But I just realized that i signed in part 7 with a different signature than the one they have on file when they granted me the green card. Now I am worried that they going to send my application back. 

What do you think?
