I just filed mine today to VSC by Fedex, I will try to update the spreadsheet as much as I can. How big was your application? Ours was roughly 400 pages, mostly of financial records.

Ours was around 100 I think. I could have sent a lot more but I was trying to just send the most important evidence. I am pregnant right now so by the time we'd have an interview we'd have our baby here and that seems like good enough evidence to me :)

No, this is merely the date the application was received by USCIS, per USPS / FedEx

I'm referring to receipt notification by usps ( my case ) that my package was received by uscis , not NOA1 yet

Hello All; i am back after 2years :) Our 90 days window opens on 4/13/17 and we are planning to ship our case/documentation through USPS on 4/11/17 to be there by 4/13/17. fingers crossed... Here are the list of documents/proofs that i have gathered so far. 

 

Requirements for ROC:

1-      Original Form I-751 filled and signed by both fillers

2-      Copy of original I-551 (GC) front and back

3-      Proof of marriage

a.       Certified copy of Marriage certificate

b.       Certified copy of our baby's birth certificate

c.       20 Pictures

d.       Baby's passport/Sakina’s ID/My ID showing same last name

e.       Joint car insurance

f.        Joint bank account statments 

g.       Joint rental agreement

 

4-      2015 and 2016 Tax returns

5-      Travel itnerary's of our vacations trips over the past 2-3yrs.

6-      Utility bill

 

 

I am not planning on sending a gigantic folder to CSC but only the ones mentioned above seems to be the utmost important ones.

Welcome Notice hard copy received in mail, GC should arrive in 3 weeks (07/13/15)<p>
