I'm a September 2017 filer so I really have no reason to complain about the wait in comparison to a lot of people in this thread - still sucks though haha.

your visa journey should be ending around september 2018.

October 2017 filer should be rounding up with their immigrant visa in 2019 unless Texas Service Centre clears all their backlog in time

My husband spent the holidays with me and just got back to US today. The approval notice welcomed him.

OMG while I was texting my attorney and she was telling me "I'm sorry maybe it's for real they are working in February cases" she texted me again and told me "you can't believe it I have the uscis letter with your approval here" I don't know when I was approved , the system is not updated yet, stills appears as received but guys finally , IM APPROVED! PD June 22, TSC, sent an inquiry in January 2nd.

This is what I came to realized as they are not updating the systeam with frequency. Hopefully more approvals are on our way. Thanks for sharing with us. Have a blessed night!
