I am so sorry to hear about this and I am ashamed to be an American Citizen right now. This is absolutely appalling and Trump MUST STOP his paranoia. This Ban will be in effect for 4 months at the least. Very Sad. Not my President.

As i know everyone with valid visa can enter US via Boston's Logan airport. You can travel again within 7 days via this airport

Ok..so tell me how she is going to get on the plane to leave????? She already said she got called OFF OF HER FLIGHT and was turned away, so it doesn't matter where it's going into the US she won't be able to board. She can only wait and see what happens, very sorry for you, hang in there!

I don't have any problem with this (other then they should let people with current legitimate Visa's in hand). But other then that he is making some changes and people don't like it, sorry you feel this way but remember it's a privilege to come to the US, not a right...but things will get sorted out soon I'm sure.

In the ruling from the Judge in Massachusetts, it says that CBP must inform airlines landing at Logan about this seven day exception.

So OP, any airline flying to Logan should have this information. If they start arguing, pull up the ruling on your phone and ask to speak to a manager from the airline.

But the court orders are only for people who were already on their way to the US when the EO was signed, no? I got the impression the court order was only for those detained at airports in US, that they can't be turned away and sent back.

I don't think anyone frpm those 7 countries are allowed to board any flights yet, visa or not. I might be wrong though.

I don't think the one by the Judge in Massachusetts is. That ruling states that it puts a seven day hold before Trump's exec order can be enforced and it says that CBP must inform airlines flying to Logan about this.

Now CBP might still come up with some other reason why they can't let a visa holder in but for seven days, visa holders cannot be denied based on Trump's exec order. As I understand it, this is for Massachusetts only.

So OP, I would contact TSA or CBP at Logan and get this confirmed as well as call e.g United, they fly between Istanbul and Boston.

Sorry to hear that , that's very frustrating , It was about to happen to me when I arrived at San Francisco airport and was kept for more than 5 hourse although I arrived just a day before signing that order.

I am shocked of Trump's list he included 7 countries in which no one killed any American citizen  or commit a terrorist attack in America, although there were 2369 American citizens killed by Saudi terrorists between the years  1975 -2015 .NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO comment .

The US immigration is very confused with all the Executive Order that Trump signed last Friday... A lot has happened during the week and I believe something will be decided this week.. hopefully it will be more clear on who can and who cannot enter, the types of visa etc. The best will be for you to wait and see what this week brings. Its been said from some government officials that green card holders will be allowed in. I know its not your situation, so wait and see... I don't think lawyers can help much either since the new Executive Order is not clear. I think a lot should be cleared out tomorrow since this was very polemic here in the US.

I wish you the best of luck, I can't even imagine the pain that you are going thru right now. You will be in my prayers... keep strong
