  • Our Story
We met at my university in London in February 2012. He was an exchange student for a semester. We started dating in March 2012, not really knowing what we were going to get ourselves into... We decided to try a long-distance relationship, which we did for 2 1/2 years. In August 2014, we both studied for our Master degrees in the UK, we lived together for 1 1/2 and we got engaged in October 2015. And hopefully we'll get married in August 2016 :)

  1. I’m in the same boat. My package was delivered on 01/14. Money order was cashed on 01/18. Still no NOA, but looking at December, November filers posts a few of the people there didn’t get their NOAs until this month, which is crazy...
  2. I will definitely try and get ahold of them this week. I am not too worried about it (yet) but getting there 😄
  3. I got delivery confirmation on 1/12 and haven't received anything yet either. (I don't have a case number yet because I'm a dunce and forgot to fill out the G-1145... )
  4. Same in Iowa
  5. I submitted a USCIS request for change of address on 02/26/2018 and they still sent my notice to file I751 to the old address... so I’m not sure if that would even help
  6. My husband and I sent our package last week, it was delivered yesterday. Not looking forward to the waiting game and the additional stress this is going to cause... I’m trying not to worry too much. Hopefully it will all go well... but the processing times made me roll my eyes. Can’t believe I’ve been in the immigration process for over 3 years now already. It’s good to know I’m not alone in this. Good luck to everybody! Keeping my fingers crossed
  7. I read this and wasn’t sure if I understood all of it. Would this apply to temporary Green card Holders waiting for their 10-year green cards too? (Former K-1 visa holders). So if the temporary green card expired before the new one was issued, would they go and send a NTA? Sorry if this is a stupid question... if anyone could clarify, that would be great!!! Thanks
