Please read the guidelines or read the information on USCIS.gov. ALL applications are sent to the lockbox in Dallas, TX and then they are sent out to a service center. Right now California is taking care of all the applications because Texas is backed up.

Please do yourself and your fiance a favor and take the time to read up on the K1 one process. Also take the time to read up on the process of what will happen AFTER the K1 visa process so you won't be surprised when you have to do Adjustment of Status and everything when/if you come to the US.

Because of your country and age gap you will be more heavily scrutinized.

Study the embassy reviews for Tunesia here http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/index.php?cnty=Tunisia&cty=&dfilter=2&topic=, the good and poor reviews,

then filter for the embassy in France that you will go through and read again.

Make a key search on what it means to front load the petition.

Get your fiance registered on here and do more research, he as the petitioner needs to be well informed not just you, it is a team effort.

Don't listen to newbies who will tell you it will be fast and easy (Philippines, Europe) or those who went through Middle East and North African
countries but only have their petition approved and are clueless about the interview process at the embassy as of yet.

I advice against filing soon because you are not familiar with the process yet and have a lot of reading to do here in the forums.

Subscribe to the K1 (or CR1 if you decide to marry first) and read and read and read, learn the flow of how things are successfully done.

Screen shots of facebook status were both names wer tag with the comments

Call logs

Make sure to separate n label all those papers if its during the first visit or second visit

By the way its not true its easy to get visa if ur a Filipino.. theres lots of people out there had been denied due to insufficient of evidence

Better make sure you know his birthday by heart.

To be honest a few more visits, especially a long one, would be good for you two. There's a lot to discuss before marriage in regards to finances, kids, etc...

Both of you need to read up on the whole process from initial petition all the way to green card. That way you can help each other successfully get from point A to point B. The process is pretty linear.

OP, you really need to get your American fiance onto this website. The combination of the language barrier and your lack of knowledge of the process might keep you from learning and comprehending what you need to know. As it is, other members here are becoming frustrated in trying to help you.

I really don't know if i don't understand some meaning of the answers but i see that there is people who answers so disrespectfully,i will say just one thing you don't all have same opinion that's why i try to get many answers a lot were very gentel to post long and helpfull answers,but when i see some people answering "it is enough they helped you.." i wonder why they post their comment,please post your comment just when it is helpful for the others,otherwise let people that want to take time to help do it !!!
