Expedite for pregnant

Hi, i just need help regarding expedite for pregnancy. I am 17weeks pregnant now and my husband and i are planninh for expedite. Would that be ok if we just put in the proof of my prenancy like ultasound, and my doctor's recommendatiom allowing me to travel. Can anyone send me expedite sample those who were pregnant too.Your reply is a big help. Godbless.

Not a typical expedite reason. It won't hurt anything to ask, but do not expect much.

This, quite a few beneficiaries have had to go through pregnancy and childbirth without their US partner as they got pregnant before moving to the us and the process of visa takes time.

It's awful but I have even seen people ask before conception and once told no said they would wait then. All because a friend of a friend told them they could get an expedite because of it.

Yeah I know. But being pregnant is not a reason for an expedite, then everbody would just go ahead and get pregnant.

It's sad people use pregnancy to be together faster and then if no then they will just wait as you said. (NOT saying that's would OP did)

Don't hold your breath! A pregnancy is no reason for expedite! I know it totally sucks to apart during the pregnancy! I remember we skyped just after I gave birth so that my husband could see his daughter not a ideal situation but hey you do what you gotta do!

No I highly doubt they will expedite you for pregnancy. Expedite is reserved for things if it's effecting the health of the American citizen. Such as being apart from them is causing heart trouble, severe mental illness (to the US citizen) and must be backed up by a medical history of the condition and signed off by a doctor. It's extremely unlikely that they would expedite for pregnancy. Besides that the times are not so slow right now.

Pregnancy is not a reason for expedite. Like others have said, if it were everyone would be getting pregnant. I had already given birth to our son by the time we started the visa process and I went through 6 months of pregnancy, childbirth and the first year of our sons life all without my US citizen husband.

I have known of an expedite granted where the USC was waiting for a liver transplant. Considerably more serious than a pregnancy which is pretty much planned anyway. Liver failure isn't planned.

You should edit. It should read some couples. I cant have children and there is no way I would change that for thr immigration process. Also lots of people don't want to have kids. This is why pregnancy isn't a reason for expedites. Unless the birthing procedures in another country are so horrible that a high risk pregnancy normally leads to the death of mother and/or child, pregnancy expedite requests are very very rarely worth the effort.
