I'm very happy for everybody who gets approved but I also feel a punch in my guts when people with a NOA1 date after mine get approved before me. I'm SICK of waiting! I want to kick and punch TSC. :ranting:

I agree. That's why I won't even venture into threads past October... especially March and April (even though they are CSC). I accidentally clicked on April the other day and I thought my head would explode lol

03/16/2016 - Status changed for I-485 "Name was Updated" (received text & email 03/17/16 9:30am EST) (Never submitted a name change)

04/15/2016 - Called USCIS & Put in a Service Request online regarding "Name was Updated" status

04/15/2016 - Received email "On March 16, 2016 your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence was approved.We have reviewed our electronic records and found that your Permanent Resident Card (PRC) is already in production." (NO INTERVIEW)

05/05/2016 - Another online service request asking status of PRC

05/18/2016 - Received email saying file was in Sacramento, not Pittsburgh, and it was not approved yet. WHAT?!?!

05/20/2016 - Status changed online to "On May 16, 2016, we ordered your new card"

05/23/2016 - USCIS status change - "On 05/23/2016, we mailed your new card" (text & email)

05/24/2016 - USCIS status change - "On 05/24/2016, USPS picked up your new card" w/ tracking info (text & email)

05/26/2016 - Received card in mail

If it's at Texas then it's not surprising

One of our outside associates at work asked how the process was going for us. When I told her how long we have been waiting so far, she told me her brother-in-law filed in December for his "mail order bride" (her words not mine!) and it was already approved and she was in the US already. They're getting married at the end of May.

FINALLY!!!! After 207 days of agonizing wait we finally got an answer and its the one we both have been wishing for every single day at 11:11 o'clock! Got the text and email at exactly 9:01pm today! 05/27/15 Date NVC received case (I tracked my case on ceac website to approx. this date)

(I emailed them the day I noticed on ceac website my status was READY)

06/03/15:Received email from USEM with Packet 4 instructions. Immediately scheduled medical exam!

06/05/15:Date of Fiance's scheduled Medical Exams -- Passed with flying colors!

06/30/15:Date of Interview --APPROVED!!

07/11/15:Date received Passport with Visa at pickup location in hometown

07/16/15:Date of my travel to bring Fiance to USA

Happy to say we were finally approved, just as we today had a conversation about staying strong. I have written many letters, contacted congressmen and other goverment officials many times to alert them to the unfairness being 'stuck' at TSC forces us all to endure . I thank all the dedicated people who have taken their fate in their hands and become proactive (especially Skunkworks).

The text came at 10:02 pm.

I hope everyone from October is speedily approved and has a wonderful, joyous marriage.

Stay strong, remind your loved one how much you love them everyday, I'll continue to hang around here til all my October brothers and sisters are approved.
