Just called USCIS, they said there are currently processing August 23rd...

23rd October 2014: Petition posted.

1st November 2014: Form I-129F received - we received text and email.

2nd November 2014: Physical NOA1 received. Form I797c, Notice Of Action. Notice Type: Receipt.

(January 21st 2015 - told through phone call to expect NOA2 in May due to backlog.)

4th June 2015: NOA2 "On June 4, 2015, we approved your Form". No email, no text - just happened to check their site.

9th June: Received hard copy.

16th June 2015: Case Was Sent To The Department of State for visa processing.

Just called USCIS, they said there are currently processing August 23rd...

If you go back a bit in this thread, you'll see that there is not much point in calling them. They're rude, act like you don't know what you're talking about when you tell them you've seen data suggesting that later filers have been approved, and really don't give you any info that you don't already know. You'll just end the call more frustrated!

As we've said and will continue to say, stick with VJ data. It's a little more reliable! :)

I got in trouble last week for telling April filers to fix their timelines from transferred to CSC. Oops. Why are there over 30 people on Igors list TSC for April?????

I have taken to messaging people if their NOA-2 showing up on the most recent 15 for TSC is clearly mislisted. Most of them have done me the favor to correct it. I find they are more agreeable once they have a better understanding of the process - people can be pretty ignorant when they first come here - I know I was.

I am also an October filer. Approved by Dec 8 per NOA2 then everything stopped! Till now NVC still haven't received my files so no case # yet. It's going on 5 months after k129 approval. After frustrating calls emails both to USCIS and NVC, I got and email that my files was tracked down and went to a RECORDS FaCILiTY of last week! I have to wait for 60 more days to get another review of response. What is a record facility? Why is an approved case went there? I called them and they are not helpful with their answers. Has anyone been approved and had similar situation as mine??? I'm a TSC filer. I appreciate any feedback. Thanks in advance!

Sound like government talk of what most people refer to as a box.

Om a more serious note. It wouldn't surprise me if someone crabbed your file and placed it on a stack to be sent to storage.

I'm very happy for everybody who gets approved but I also feel a punch in my guts when people with a NOA1 date after mine get approved before me. I'm SICK of waiting! I want to kick and punch TSC. :ranting:
