You could tell your husband to try calling them first thing in the morning when they open. The wait time is usually much shorter. I don't know what timezone he is in, but they open at 7 AM eastern time. I've called at 6:59 AM several times and every time get through on the first call and have never been on hold more than 15 minutes.

you should do it .. I promise it takes only like 5min max.. it only ask for a email address and who is the agent.. really simple if you have your hubby address handy if you want him to be the agent.. if you want yourself then your fine..its literally like 5min or less promise lol..it has your name already there and it just ask for email and who is agent... and yes my iv says pay now but if you click on it it goes straight to the sign in page again plus that's not the site to pay it anyways so no idea why its there lol .. remember once you submit it kindly leave it alone! :)

Hubby is in US..and normally he clocks in at work early morning, i.e 6:30am.. so morning hours is very tricky for him. I will encourage him tonight, but i have no idea the best time to call in the evening bcos last night he called almost midnight.. Wish us luck tonight.
