Got my case # yesterday and filled out the DS-261. Hoping my AOS invoice will show soon so I can pay and mail off my packages next week!! I believe we can do that before the IV fee is released and that's what I am planning on doing to get that 60 day clock started to review.

This has been a wonderful thread to help in these beginning steps, thanks for everyones inputs!

Urrrrghhhh can't get through with the website yet.. so we can't pay yet.. :crying::crying: called NVC today and they told me to try it nextweek... maybe monday or Tuesday... sooo hopefully...

If you look at my signature I already called and it got invoiced over night :)

Once your AOS shows paid call ,don't call before it shows paid call when it shows paid but this is what I said you can say the same thing if you want

" I filled out the DS 261 and my AOS shows paid when will the IV fee be invoiced ?"

And like mine she took care of it over the phone

Our IV is not yet invoiced. we have paid aos already..and have the address on the bar corded cover.. so, can we just mail the iv pack to the address provided before it IV is invoiced?

My case was received on the 23rd of December. I called them this past Monday Jan 12th. I was told it would still be 5 to 20 days for my case number. And looking at others timelines it seems like it has been taking a little over a month.

I will call NVC next week. Hope have good news.

My case was received Dec 19th. I tried Friday with no luck. I think I'm looking at next week. I'll start calling daily starting Tuesday. I assume they are closed Monday.

I just wish there was a way to get a letter/checklist for the police certificates now for Singapore and Hong Kong. I'll try to pick one up when I go to Manila next month from the Embassy.

When we're about to pay and click the payment proceed the page is just blank.. totally blank..some website glitch I must say. We are advised to to it once again this week.. so hopefully it will be fine.. I'm still not giving up for online payment.. but this will be our last attempt if this will not get through then we have no choice but to pay it through mail..
