Consulate Review: Manila, Philippines Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Event Description Review Date : November 1, 2015 Embassy Review : Others consulate officers were nice others were not especially the Korean officer. she rolls her eyes every time I answer her even if it was nicely. But oh well I got approved. I'd still rate it as good experience though. I know they were just doing their job. Rating : Very Good
