I wanna get back on a bike, ride in the street. I'm trying to remember where my recumbent bike is, exactly.... heck I even made a pull trailer for it and used it almost every weekend... before the knee accident.. ah ! it's at my father's house - he uses it each day to get back and forth to the post office.

I dunno - I've been losing weight again - and I've been doing exercise each day also. I am careful with the exercise, my knee not hurt afterwards. this is nasty pain.

Took off work, had a "me day" today...... Spent it solo....Went to boat, went to eat, went to best buy, went to The gap, went to eat again-in Manhattan.....

Feels great.
