I agree with A&B. I would email them (to have it in writing) and I would also call to let them know.

I'm sorry this is happening to you. It does sound very fishy... If you bought the ticket to ORD how did she make it to IAD? Either way............... I can't even imagine how you must feel. If I were you, I would call/email her very nonchalantly and try to get as much info as possible... HELL I would even ask her for an address with the excuse of sending a gift for her! ... She will probably give it to you... evidently she trusts you, but is not very bright. You can later provide said address to ICE...

OOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHH Diabolical!

I love it! Great idea!

Don't ever do anything you're not willing to explain the paramedics.

The brother is someone you heard about after meeting the family? That's odd.

Where is she from? How did you meet?

If you believe that you've been used it's best to have no in person contact with her. That way there can be no allegations of any sort of mistreatment. Call and write ICE. Document EVERYTHING.

my fiance is from eretria i met her when i went there to visit my family a few years ago.Her brother i didnt meet there i only met her mom and dad and her brothers there in eretria.I didnt hear about this brother until recentlly

As evident by the fact that she didn't think about the fact that she needs to adjust status. Lol. I swear, some people think that once they scam themselves through CBP and they're in, they're invincible.

I'll add this... do not meet with her under any circumstances. ESPECIALLY if she "wants to make up" and have sex with you. She could set you up for a false rape report and not only get the violence provision for AOS, but get you locked up.

Be aware, be safe.

Best of luck.

Great! I'm proud of you. Now, try to get her address. Apparently you have family there, right? If you do, maybe someone living around her area can help you. I may be giving you bad advise. I think the "I wanna send you flowers" excuse may work. And please avoid being with her. She may be capable of falsely accusing you of abuse.

Don't ever do anything you're not willing to explain the paramedics.

Tell her you got something on the mail from immigration and you both have to sign it. Ask her where she wants you to send it to so she can sign it and mail it to immigration.

Weird

Facts first

If she entered on a K1 she is in legal status for 90 days.

The best course is to not have any personal contact with her. At the very least, do not have any unwitnessed contact with her.

Most K1 couples spend the first 4 weeks in bed and shopping... Your case is far from normal... If she truly 'loved' you she would not have been gone for the extended time without some serious issue having come up.. hospitalization etc... at thispoint, it is obvious that you are just a ticket here.. sorry to say it but thats it..
