CSC to TSC to NVC: the Saga continues

I am not sure this AVR stuff works anymore! Mine still says NVC# is assigned!

It is a dump question but is the end of NVC zip code for AOS:

03801-2914 or 03801-2909 ?

I searched 20 minutes in visajourney and still have no idea which one is correct

My case was only considered EP on Feb 17, more than 2 weeks after I got a case number and paid my bills. So, no, EP wouldn't have made a difference at the beginning.

after IV is submitted, figure 2 weeks until 'case complete'

then another 2 to 20 days for final review process to be complete.

then it'll jump into the interview queue.

I just called NVC and AVR told me that they were going to send some instruction package to my agent. I wonder what kind of instructions are those? Could anyone clarify please? Thanks!

Photocopy of the beneficiary's passport biographic data page

Original/certified copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate

Original/certified copy of beneficiary’s and petitioner’s marriage certificate

Original police certificate(s) of the beneficiary

Original/certified copy of military record, if applicable

Original/certified copy of divorce decree, death certificate, etc. of previous marriage, if applicable
