Well I received my NOA2 in the post today, had an email on feb 22 but this more or less puts me in the march line.

Ive got all my docs and just need to sign the back of the photos, pay the bills and print out the cover letter and send them off.

I have a few questions, does the choice of agent form need to be signed then scanned and emailed?

Also do you have to create a barcode or can you just print the invoice / whatever you get from the payment system and send that off instead?

ds-3032 cannot be scanned and emailed,

but can send off the DS-3032 FORM DATA via an ascii text email from the beneficiary's email account.

Hit our WiKi here, search on 'DS-3032 email'

--

online payment portal has the coversheets you need, and are only available for printing/download ONCE the online payment system marks the invoice as 'paid'.

ER97SA - nah - most IV units not think to review any EOR. I throw it in there as it's China Specific.

yahya - the first screening on the I-864 looks for W-2 income.

She has none.

She'll have to prepare some financial statement, notarized or have a CPA prepare an 'audited income statement'.
