I started anothrr topic about my fiancee and I. I was petitioning her from Haiti. However they did not give her the Visa. They accepted all documentation, but not the Whatsapp history. They also asked her about money transfer receipts. Very sad day. What do we do now? Where do we ho from here?Should I go to Haiti to Marry her?

She did initially tell me they asked for money transfer receipts, rejected the Whatsapp chat history and denied the Visa. In the end she was told She's missing 2 types of proof, and that was that.

Exactly as above, you need to fully understand what the reasoning for denial was.

Did she answer questions hesitantly, or incorrectly? What documents were missing?

Without more specific knowledge on the case or reasons for denial just trying to get married and file a CR-1 could just cost more time and money for the same result.

Big relief. She was denied for the call receipts as well as Money Transfer receipts. The Embassy kept everything, gave her back her passport and told Her She can send the missing Documents in and then they will call her for another interview.

That's great news

Just make sure she is prepared for the second interview

Do you mean they wanted to see money transfer receipts as proof of ongoing relationship? Or they wanted proof that there were no money transfers? I'm confused on how money transfers would be applicable. I've transferred money to my fiance a few times so just curious as to how it could hurt or help our case.

The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered "Man.... Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."

Are you implying my fiance is using me for money? Because that would be rude and completely off-base. Or you are saying that could be what the embassy is looking for when they ask for money transfers? I've never heard of anyone else on here mentioning money transfers as a support-type that would be requests so that's why I was curious.
