Ebunoluwa got a reaction from AKN2 in K1 interview will be in 3 days... Now my fiance is not ready to get marry
What if you make it here and he then changes his mind again ?
It would be harder to leave the US and start all over again in your country.
If he is not sure then I would just let it go and move on but that's just me.
If you fight now you will fight when you are here, waiting for the work permit can get challenging, it's boring sitting in the house all day
not being able to drive and all hell can break loose if he changes his mind then again.
Believe him when he says he is not ready.
It ticks me off when people file who aren't ready, this is not a 'dating' visa. All of a sudden they get cold feet. Meh !

Every couple SHOULD BE concerned about the ROC phase and prepare early. If not perhaps a deportation order will be the necessary
dynamite up her behind to get her motivated. Never apologize for doing what has to be done in regards to proper immigration preparation.
Without it there is no marriage in the US. Period.

For AOS, if you have an interview as many do not, you may get by with no joint bank account if you have plenty of other evidence of a
    bona fide marriage.
I commend you for looking steps ahead into your next phase which is ROC. Unlike some here who tell you to slow down I tell you that you are
correct in planning NOW what is required for ROC. Far too many posts of recent months are all about "I didn't know we needed this and that and got denied."
So, again good for you to plan ahead and ignore the rest of the procrastinators here telling you to just skip happily down the yellow brick road.
For ROC you must have a joint bank account from the INCEPTION OF MARRIAGE not 5 minutes before an interview (if you have one).
Not only from the inception of marriage but statements showing it and the activity of your MUTUAL financial obligations, not just in name only.
Can't tell you how many posts of ......denied, they want joint accounts from inception of marriage.......posts are starting to tick me off, don't they
think ahead ?! You do, she doesn't, worst thing is you divorce and ROC on your own but you still need the evidence.
You can't get what she refuses to give you so add her to your account as soon as you have one and mingle finances there and get every other
scrap of joint evidence you can.
Show her the penalty she has to pay for not adding you to her health insurance. www.healthcare.gov $695 for 2016.
Unfortunately you don't qualify for Obamacare because she gets health insurance through her job.
It is irresponsible of a USC to not add them to their health insurance, not just for ROC but for obvious health care reasons.
Lets hope no one gets run over by a bus meanwhile.
The salad thing is just ridiculous. That would be the straw that broke the camel's back and frankly I would either tell them both to straighten
out and fly right or leave and return home.
Sorry that you have become another statistic of a USC not doing what they obligated themselves to do by petitioning a beneficiary.
If they can't afford to properly care for a beneficiary then they shouldn't sponsor and stop crying about how much it costs.
She made her bed but refuses to sleep in it. Just nuts.

Hang in there and skype with your family.

Keep busy with a good job, education and balance your work out with play and fun and mini weekend trips with your wife.
Meditation, yoga, magnesium mineral balance .....all excellent for anxiety.
I am a naturalized immigrant and understand, my mother died alone in her country.
My husband hasn't seen his family in 8 years and is looking forward to do so hopefully the end of this year.
You have to re focus and be at peace and keeping busy, pursuing a hobby will help.
Best wishes for your new life in the USA.

I said we see ROC's not being approved and you are correct that RFE's are issued if the evidence is insufficient, of course.
Who wants to start the big scramble for quality evidence 5 minutes before 12. Some think they do evidently.
If the RFE response is not sufficient then ROC can be denied. I have seen a lot of RFE's for joint bank accounts from INCEPTION OF MARRIAGE.
If a RFE gets lost (which it often does) then it will be denied as well.
Why do people lollygag around and make it harder on themselves when they can start to do the best they can rather than procrastinating was my point,
    sorry you missed that.

Ebunoluwa got a reaction from ScooterJones in K1 denied after interiew - how to find out the reason?
Inquire through your senator the exact detailed reason of your denial.
Have him request a second interview, very slim chance but while he is inquiring for the reason he may as well ask.
Be at the premises if granted, even though they won't let you in.

Visit again, gather more relationship evidence.
The only other way is to email them yourself (you may not get an answer) or file a FOIA request (that takes a very long time).
Your case will be returned to USCIS where it will be purposely expired and you need to re file a K1 or better yet, marry and
file a CR1. Fix the issues that you think are the problem, front load your next petition with quality evidence, her interaction
online with your kids and make sure she understands what your your job entails so you won't be denied again.

Ebunoluwa got a reaction from WORRIEDSPOUSE in Checked CEAC and it says Refused
Email the embassy and ask if the petition has been returned to USCIS. If they don't respond have your senator inquire on your behalf.
If it has been returned you will get a letter from USCIS in 6-9 months which is called the NOID/R (Notice of Intend to deny/revoke).
You then have 30 days for a rebuttal of your CO's findings (reason(s) it was returned).
    Address each point.
If USCIS is satisfied with your rebuttal they will reaffirm the petition and send it again to the embassy with recommendation to approve.
If they feel you have not overcome the reasons for refusal then the petition will be denied.

Ask your husband what the CO was focused on during the interview and which questions weren't answered correctly or
what came up that the CO seemed not to like.
Ghana is one of the most difficult embassies to go through and they like lots of visits and plenty of real face time.
    Good luck.

It is always best to be on the premises with your spouse in support of him during his/her interview.
They may not let you in but he/she can give your passport to the CO saying that you are waiting outside and would be glad
to be allowed in. It is not a requirement but would help your spouse to be calmer and show the CO that you are there in support.

You have enabled him to avoid responsibility and be accountable by begging him to talk to you when he plays the silent game, by apologizing even though you did nothing wrong. Why should he change if you enable his spoiled behavior ? Stop begging and catering to him and stand up for
yourself. People will treat you bad if you allow them to and that includes your husband. Draw safe emotional boundaries and if he doesn't respect that boundary then it may be time to tell him you are considering divorce if he doesn't want to be transparent.
A couple is supposed to know how much the other earns, that's basic !
You need to change your boundaries first and stop appeasing him before you can expect change from him. The way you are acting tells him you are needy and will accept his behavior.
Be a strong woman who lets him know that you will not put up with this. Get counseling for yourself to learn how because right now you are an enabler and too dependent on keeping the appearance of peace, it's not really peace, it's eating you up inside.
He is a manipulator and a game player and doesn't understand the meaning of "us" only of "self".

    Congratulations for your approval !
Glad you clarified that your point was to tell others not to stress when they forget to include photos because even though photos are
secondary evidence it helps to have photos in front of landmarks that put you both at the same time in the same place.
Passport stamps alone proof that you went to the country but it doesn't proof you actually met up at the same time in the same location.
Photos do and a well rounded quality petition has varies evidence including photos, hotel receipts etc..etc.....
Though USCIS is not so picky about photos, the embassies pretty much want to see photos.
For high fraud country forgetting to include photos can be a rude awakening and front loading the petition is vital because your package
will meet up with the CO before the interview and they often base their approval / denial on what they see before they ever interview the beneficiary
or at least are heavily influenced by what the package contains or what is missing. Hope pretty much flies out the window and AP or 221g's are
dished out or they are denied. Again, I understand the point of your post but want to make crystal clear that photos for high fraud countries
are very important, just in case someone else reading misunderstands.

If you want to divorce him then simply divorce him and withdraw the I-864. End of story.
You aren't immigration and can not deport him neither can you call immigration to have him 'picked up' and returned like a fed ex package.

For the record to those reading who think a fiance visa is more likely approved than a spousal visa, NO it is not.
A fiance visa is not a get-to-know-you-let's see how it goes with the age gap visa but a couple that has intent to marry.
A CO is not more likely to grant a fiance visa than a spousal visa and the thought process is not as outlined by an above post.
Again, a returned K1 in this instant would have been expired and a spousal visa will have a reaffirmation chance.

Ebunoluwa got a reaction from Queeniam1963 in Case Approved, yet stuck in AP for 9 months?
It should be a simple process to review the missing document that you send and not take 9 months I agree.
I wonder if the document review was completed and somehow they needed to do a security / background check
which would explain the long time.
I would email the embassy with a very specific question : Is my case at an outside agency or in internal checks ?
Security checks or document review ? You must be specific and let them know that the blanket paste and copy
job is not helpful. Have a senator do the specific inquiry. Not just : Are we out of AP or when will we AP be completed.
Try that if you haven't already. Writ of mandamus can backfire with a denial, I would not risk it.
Visiting the embassy yourself is also an option.

What you posted has absolutely nothing to do with this topic.
This is about the 4-5 th time I asked you to stop posting irrelevant posts in various threads, all you do is cause confusion
when you post about returned cases.
Learn the basics between AP, returned K1's and returned spousal visas before misleading others here.
People have a hard enough time to understand the return process without you posting things that do not apply to their situation,
