    Medi~Cal is free so why wouldn't you and no 5 year wait. I have not come across Sponsor involvement before, after 5 years they could naturalise to get out of that anyway

    You can certainly file for him now and good insurance to do so Also when your Parents get here they can file for him, not quick but likely quicker than your case. Now the downside of Parents filing is that he can not marry before they naturalise.

    A solo I 212 could be filed any time, or is there expectation an I 601 will be needed. Maybe you need to sue.

    Normally it is quite obvious that someone needs a waiver but sometimes it will need further investigation. But not 6 months. My guess would be that the DS 5535 is not connected with the waiver.

    Not a particularly Blue story but I think Rhode Island qualifies. Quite why you would would want to get into it when you are refused admission at closing time I am not sure, I like how the one in red tries to get some kicks in.     a yes b USCIS do not deal with Student Visa's but I could see that situation raising questions. c You have a basis for an expedite? What is that? d F1 is a non immigrant visa, I 130 is for immigrating

    Whilst you are a LPR the PD is more important that when the I 130 is approved. I Student visa well that depends on the circumstances, obviously lots of Nigerians do get Student visa's. What does she want to study, can she afford it? My guess is that any children would be USC's, CRBA, but if they are not you could file an expedited I 130 if they could not be included on a F2a because you had Naturalised.
