  1. Presumably she has a Passport?
  2. Where I am you get a Marriage License from the County Offices, same place that deals with vehicle registration. Presumably with a K1 you married and know the process?
  3. Can she just not travel on her Passport?
  4. https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/98-russia-ukraine-and-belarus/
  5. You could try the regional forums, here people are normally looking at US visas.
  6. That is very quick. Mind you it is also unusual to get through to an Officer.
  7. Seems pretty obvious: https://www.uscis.gov/family/bring-spouse-to-live-in-US Outside the United States File Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. When the Form I-130 is approved, it will be sent for consular processing and the consulate or embassy will provide notification and processing information. See form instructions for more information.
  8. You are applying for a family reunification visa for you to be able to join your Spouse in the US. Current US based work and have a US residence should meet those requirements.
  9. As an example they entered on a K1 visa and can now adjust their status. You are in Canada.
  10. I have actually been there a few times and this is of course failed Politics as you might expect. Someone needs a mirror.
  11. Trigger warning, misgendering here, which I thought was a Criminal issue in Canada?
  12. You do not file, that would be down to your BF/ Mother. CR1 all the time.
  13. Same as anybody else, you will interview in Canada and enter with an Immigrant visa and will be sent a 10 year GC.
  14. So the Mother who wants to come to the US is not a US LPR. That turns things around completely. Yes a B2 Medical would be the way to go, yes you need documentation including evidence of funds. There is no Insurance you can buy in a month.
  15. I am not sure what is going on, according to this post she immigrated 2 years ago. I would strongly recommend you have a Plan B as I do see how your Sister can expect to immigrate in any reasonable time frame.
  16. Sort of self inflicted, I would probably officially withdraw in writing and at some point hopefully they will just close the case.
  17. It is unusual for people to go thus far for a benefit they do not qualify for.
