  1. I saw GM pulled all their self drive Taxi's from SF, they had their license pulled after that fatality.
  2. I have seen it discussed endlessly for various COnsulates, of there is a given time I have not seen it.
  3. Write a note explaining why he has no I 94, when did he enter?
  4. I did not address that as I assume it is somewhat unlikely that he would be issued a B, and I sort of passed on the Medical side as I knew someone who knew much more than I do would be along. Even a free Lawyer can be expensive in time and other costs. Anyway the OP knows what is needed.
  5. I 94s are found on line He can travel to Canada now but assuming you want to adjust he needs AP to come back You file the full packet Not sure what age has to do with seeking an expedite, could you explain why?.
  6. I have seen this with Iranians, any time lines should be taken with a bucket of salt.
  7. I am not sure what is meant by file must be accepted, but as I have mentioned it is a very high bar. 50/50? Well I have I think seen 2 cases approved and I am not sure how many, hundreds?, refused. I seriously doubt he has 50% of such cases he has been involved in approved. Todays Hacking with a Consulate refusal.
  8. Did she explain it was a long shot? There are two main issues with this approach: 1. It is very difficult to get a meeting waiver, I think I have come across it twice both in very exceptional circumstances. 2. If you do get a waiver it is very easy for a K1 to be closed out by the Consulate, they issue a 221G, send it back to USCIS and it dies. I find it difficult to believe the Consulate would be sympathetic. Nothing is impossible, I have seen too many odd cases but this is really up there as effectively it requires a double Hail Mary.
  9. Even if they gave you a waiver for not meeting how did you intend proving a valid relationship with someone you have not seen for 10 years? Who told you this was a good idea?
  10. When did you last meet and how much time have you spent together.
  11. You have wasted 17 months so not sure I understand the reasoning.
  12. Agree with the meet a few times, marry and then go the I 130 route.
  13. Assuming we are talking about the House you live in and the car you drive they can not be used anyway. Simplest and safest solution is to use a well qualified Joint Sponsor.
  14. I did not think NVC had a number you can use, or is that old information?
  15. That is nice that they keep in touch. I had sort of assumed it might be higher than the general population but am not aware of any numbers, just seemed logical.
  16. If you could offer a Divorce service with a similar timeline you could make a fortune.
  17. If he files to adjust he does not need an appointment in his home country.
  18. We do not know the Country, for most assuming he is in status he could file to adjust now. Usually a more logical approach.
  19. He is maybe a few years away, so if he wants to stay meanwhile then he needs to keep in student status.
