  1. I am speaking generally, I am not sure I have seen Cuban cases, I would assume with the CCA it is very difficult to get an approval.
  2. ROFL, I just commented on a post by someone from the UK who intends to rent out his property when he moves. Anyway for arguments sake how they are supposed to check the validity of any documents you take in the couple of minutes a B interview takes?
  3. If you ell it to another entity would there be capital gains issues https://www.gov.uk/tax-sell-property/work-out-your-gain And of course: The property tax rate for Stamp Duty Land Tax in England and Northern Ireland is between two and twelve percent for a residential property valued at £255,00 and over £1.5 million.
  4. They interview people not documents, the information needed is asked on the DS 160 which I am pretty sure includes employment.
  5. They specifically say not buy tickets etc
  6. You petion everyone You parents petition your siblings once they get here. Presumably the sister is not married
  7. Long time since I filled in a DS160 but I do not recollect any subjective questions they were all factual Think of it like going to the DMV it is a data collection form.
  8. The norm is 2 or 3 questions, so not something I would get upset about, my impression is that those questions in refusal cases are just being polite. Often people are asked what can be read on the DS160 I think it is unreasonable to make people who they are going to deny to attend an interview but as I understand it the Consulate have no choice in the matter.
  9. My understanding is that for OCare you have to be resident in the US, I do not know if you can fudge it but I do not see how your Spouse can, she has to be a LPR to qualify. And that gets her a SSN. I know there are new immigrant policies, you can find them with a quick google, not that expensive but then they do not cover much. Probably temp insurance underwritten by the big players as well but outside my knowledge. For specific questions about salary etc I would call a Navigator. I think this is when you end up going around in circles with where you are resident.
  10. 1. Yes 2. Confused you said he went to the interview, he must have to be rejected. 3. If he wants to go to Disney, yes. Seems odd for someone of his age to be so Disney focussed, there is one in Paris btw. 4. Unless he personally knows the State Representative then something you get from an Intern is at best irrelevant. Immigration law is Federal and not sure where thios comes in. 5. Well my opinion is no, if they issue a visa they have no control over who he travels with.
  11. There may be a problem with you having a US Spouse, or you may sail straight through. Having filed a Consulate case you at least say that you have long term desire to become a resident but are doing it the proper way.
  12. This seems secondary, with the long wait times thee is a lot to be said for getting it started sooner than later, it seems in this case they have a couple of years , the real downside of starting like now is that they may waste some of the 3 years waiting for the Daughter's case to process.
  13. 1. Out of your control 2 No 3. You could ask Uzbekistan to take it from wherever it is, Canada has a big backlog.
  14. What you could do is use the TN to bridge the time it takes to interview in Canada. That would be VJ ToS compliant.
  15. That is not a problem, how long will it be before the Beneficiary can travel?
  16. it happens, for example Russian interviewing in Israel All you can do is ask Saudi if in your circumstances they would take the case.
  17. You can keep your PD based on being sponsored as a LPR rather than USC is the Parent naturalizes.
  18. A lot of things have changed. International Travel is now much easier and cheaper. I agree with the knowledge. I 601a so if the only issue you have is illegal presence, you can get the waiver done and just go back to get the visa, beats waiting two years that someone applying outside may have to wait. Asylum, well I know back when you could play the system, even more so now, someone claiming asylum now could take a very long time going through the system, plenty of time to fine a USC to marry.
  19. The I 130 is approved it is the question of age and therefore category. Seems Consulate look at this as a F2b case. School Records is by no means the only documentation, certainly seems that precise age is not always an issue in some Countries.
  20. The biggest thing is proving your presence and that you are able to pass on Citizenship.
  21. Starts in 5 minutes.
