Unfortunately successful navigation of US immigration requires knowledge and education of the process.  Hopefully you have other relatives who can help your brother out as the rest of you immigrate.

hello all , some of users here are familiar  With our CASE  about my  Brother wich is aged out and was not able to immgrating with us , so i asked lawyer here and he told me there are some of methods wich can help to bring aged out son , he told me the method is if anyone of our cousin have an registred Firm he can guarante for This aged out Son, can some one here explain how this really works and its posible father when getting Green card bring som to U.S or need to wait 5 years to be US  citizen then apply for application , thanks  

It’s not easy to get a relative in on a work visa, or else millions of people would be doing it, your cousin would need to hire an immigration  lawyer who specializes in work visas to see if it’s possible. What kind of degree and work experience does your brother have?
 
If your brother is married then your father needs to be a citizen to petition him and it will probably take 13-15 years after that for him to get a green card. If your brother is unmarried (and stays unmarried) then your father can file a petition for him as soon as your father becomes a LPR , that will probably take 5-7 years for your brother to get his green card.

I would guess they are referring to some sort of Work Visa.

Pay pail will take money directly from the listed cards and if money is not available ,  they will decline a transaction / that's how it works
the bank has your info
pay pail can put a limit on transactions based on info from bank or credit card 
u also can limit the amount that is charged on any one transaction so  the retailer can not use your info for things u did not purcahse

i was also under 221g for expiration of tax transcript they asked from me 2020 taxes and i sent him after interview , all now is fine , we got visa , good luck

It just means you have to enter the US either with or after your father, you can’t enter before he does. Nothing to do with green card production. 

You need to stop worrying yourself to death.  
 
Since you are an aged out derivative beneficiary that is protected by CSPA, you must accompany or follow to join your father, the beneficiary, in order to get CSPA protection.  

Has nothing to do with whether you will get the GC the same day as your father. 

It means that you can enter the US at the same time as your father or after your father has entered the US.  

Even if your entire family pays their immigrant fees and enter the US at the same time, you may end up getting your plastic green cards several days apart.  

Your immigrant visa upon endorsement by CBP when you enter the US will serve as your temporary green card good for 1 year from date of entry.  

I have done this twice myself - when they're used just declare as such and you should be fine. I was not asked about them other than by security/TSA when departing.
I packed mine with bubble wrap and took them in my carry on. Worked smoothly both times.

Some states also allow people with foreign driver's licenses to drive for a certain period of time before needing to apply for a state driver's license. They may need to get an International Driver's License in their home country before departure.

Never seen a International Driver License,  I have seen International Permits that is used along side a valid DL.

I can’t remember the form details but we and countless other people have paid the fee online before immigrating without having US phone numbers. You do know you need a separate payment for each family member I presume? 
 
edit: this webpage implies that you do not need a Uscis account to pay the fee as it invites you to set one up after you have paid https://my.uscis.gov/uscis-immigrant-fee/enter-data

So you already paid the fee. The online account is for checking the new IOE numbers you received in regards to GC production. You can set up the online account after you immigrate with a US phone plan.
