yes,  all you need in bank account,  credit card or debit card

You simply add your bank account, credit card or debit card details and whenever you pay using PayPal, you can choose which of your cards or accounts it pays with. ... Any money received sits in your PayPal account and can be used when paying for something, with the balance topped up by your assigned cards or bank account.

pay pail does not ask for all those

they actually have no right to see those personal items

at a LPR you have rights to protect and you should read them

Pay pail will take money directly from the listed cards and if money is not available ,  they will decline a transaction / that's how it works

the bank has your info

pay pail can put a limit on transactions based on info from bank or credit card

u also can limit the amount that is charged on any one transaction so  the retailer can not use your info for things u did not purcahse
