Filing the I-751 is not optional for your wife, if she plans on keeping her green card. She is expected to be in the United State for biometrics and to attend an interview, if required. You cannot request an interview in your county to remove conditions on her permanent residency. A green card is for permanent residency in the United States, and is not to be used as a tourist visa to come here once in a while.  The fact that she has been away the entire time of her conditional residency virtually guarantees that the interview will not be waived.  Be prepared to explain why you were away the entire time since she was granted conditional permanent residency.  If you do not intend to return, she can file an I-407 to give up her residency and start over once you intent to actually live in the United States. The better plan would have been to not even sponsor her until you were both ready to actually live here.

It will be easier and fast to just re-apply.  You had three chances to take the oath and you declined three times.

Just because I did not provide the answer you wanted doesn’t mean I’m trolling.
You should have read the implications of the i864 before you signed it. As someone here likes to say, anyone DIY with immigration should be an A student in the forms. Good luck!

Hello Everyone: I finished my interview today at 7:30 AM and my application is approved. My oath ceremony is scheduled for Oct 21st, wish Oath ceremony happened today itself so I could apply for passport. Unfortunately I need to wait for 4 weeks to apply for my passport.

I showed my temporary DL and IO just validated my name and address, she didn't ask any question on why I got temporary DL. Interview went smooth and she was so nice and friendly. I had to do lot of updates to my N400 application since I applied Job Change, Address Change, Out of US trips etc. the IO was kind enough to update all of them without any questions.

I'm sure the IO will question it, but who knows whether or not he/she will make a big deal of it...Let's face it, there is really no good reason/excuse why you didn't change your license until today after living in Texas for 4 years. You have to tell the truth. Period.  Not telling the truth could put your good moral character into question and result in a denial.  Lying to an IO is the absolute worse thing you can do. Hopefully this will all be a non-issue and you will pass your interview.

You said you moved to Texas in August 2018 - that's two years before Covid.  You had until November 2018 to change your license.  You cannot use Covid as an excuse. You're 4 years late in changing your license. Using Covid as an excuse is not going to fly. Tell the truth and hope for the best.

If your daughter was under your wife's care and custody and was a permanent resident at the time your wife became a US citizen, then your daughter automatically became a citizen at the same time your wife did.  Filing the N-600 ("Certificate of Citizenship") is OPTIONAL.  Your daughter can get her US Passport using her mother's Naturalization Certificate.

Your local office was Newark.  My local office is the same as the OP's and we applied around the same time.  There is no reasonable explanation as to why the OP hasn't been interviewed yet, when I was sworn in 9 months ago.
