These are good. I recommend that you shop for a lawyer who can draft wills, medical & financial powers of attorney, and similar estate documents. These make superlative evidence for AOS, Removing Conditions, or both, and they're even more crucial to have in "life." Remember that if you've moved from one U.S. state to another, your will may need to be redone. Check to see whether your home state has official templates of these documents online.

People like that simply don't belong here. They have truly alien standards and can never possibly assimilate. -
Medical exam for immigrant visa pause countries

I suggest e-mailing the consulate with your question. Put your wife's A# in the Subject line. If you do this, let us know what they say. -
Re-entering US by land from Canada on a tourist visa
TBoneTX replied to EternalForeigner's topic in Tourist Visas
Thanks for the update -- it keeps us from wondering what the outcome was. Others will comment on the wisdom of producing such a letter. If others endorse this (or, if it's vague or you produce one regardless), I'd recommend that it be in the form of a sworn affidavit in front of a notary public. Be sure to include your complete contact information if your people present this to CBP in your absence. -

This clown is at it again! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Boasberg Wants Illegal Venezuelans Back to the U.S.--On Our Dime [...] Accusing the Trump administration of telling him to "pound sand" related to his nonstop barrage of unreasonable demands to get the illegals back on American soil, Boasberg, who has acted as illegal Venezuelans' personal guardian since the case first hit his docket on March 15, 2025, directed the government to provide for the physical return of those who currently reside in a third party country and to arrange remote hearings for those still in Venezuela so they can begin habeas proceedings. (The illegals were first sent to El Salvador for processing then flown to Venezuela. During a court hearing on Monday, the ACLU, which is representing the illegals in this case and several AEA lawsuits, informed the judge that some of their "clients" had left Venezuela.) And Boasberg wants taxpayers to pay for it all. [...] https://www.declassified.live/p/boasberg-wants-illegal-venezuelans

Thrilling Friday-on-Saturday non-GS/ES report, see man: Awoke before alarm, steamed at the skoolbus situation, man. Breakfast/lunch for us was 3 precooked fried-egg patties, ingest we man. Breakfast/lunch for Mini-B. was 2 PB&J sandwiches, ingest wee man. Didn't get out of the casa for ES-ing till after 1 p.m., slothful we man. Got cheap V.D. cards for us*, Mini-B., & miu/mini-miu to give to ex-Mrs.-T-B., cheap we man. *calm down, Bro G. man, see man: ours had a hamster on front, "Hi, man! I'm the Valentine's Day hamster, si man!" Inside: "Don't laugh, no man -- this is how the Easter Bunny got started, si man!" Mini-B. spent all day on phone, perhaps with a rubia, chip off old block wee man man. We siesta'd for an hour, necessary zzz for we man man. Had Mini-B. not mentioned anything, and had we not pressed for details, we'd have had exactly zero knowledge of Mini-B.' Debait tournament on Saturday, no notice to parents and we man. As it turns out, the schedule was changed again, no notice to parents and we man. We had to text the teechur several more times to drag details from him, si and man. We think we now know the schedule, man. We can't believe this, no man. Mini-B.'s middulskool Band teecher always sent multiple notices with every microscopic detail, si man. The Debait teechur must think that we can read minds, obviously a blank mind man. The good news is that we can arise a bit later than o'dark-Many, but not much man. Din-din was Costco angusburgers, ingest traditional Friday fare Two Guys man. Movie night was 2 YouTube episodes of an ex-CIA agent sitting for an interview, watch Two Guys man. Two bowls of Costco popcorn were consumed, ingest Two Guys man. This tallies to Many (2x2x2 +2+1) for the week, quota achieved man. Debait teechur had also sprung on us that stoodents should wear Business clothing, shirt slacks tie man. Mini-B. had his one collared shirt + slacks that still fit, not for much longer man. His dress shoes, once found, also still fit, not for much longer man. Ex-Mrs.-T-B. ordered a tie off Amazon and we were to retrieve it from her casa porch, si man. The time has zero contrast to Mini-B.'s shirt, man. She was also to get him a clip-on tie, but this was a tie-tie man. She was not going to return to casa till after Many (2x2x2 +1) p.m., conservative estimate man. We and Mini-B. therefore set forth, set-forthing Two Guys man. First stop was supermarket to buy a pink rose for ex-Mrs.-T-B./Mommy, Mini-B. pick we pay man. Next was her casa, drag in & empty 2 massively heavy Amazon boxes man. She ordered the absolute worst miu-litter on the planet, Fresh Step man. She ordered 2 industrial-sized bags of adult-miu Meow Mix for mini-miu, man. She ordered 2 slacks for Mini-B. in a waist size Many (2+2) inches too small, man. She ordered the tie as stated, man. We & Mini-B. went to Ross, no clip-on ties there man. We went to Marshalls, no clip-on ties there man. We went to Old Navy, no ties of any kind there man. We ran out of time, stores all closing man. We had a heated discussion with Mini-B., sartorially clueless wee man man. First, one does NOT wear a tie that's invisible against one's shirt, what's the point man. Next, one does NOT wear a tie merely to tuck it inside one's shirt, what's the point man. We can't trust him with one of our few remaining undonated ties, not yet man. Therefore, he will go just in shirt/slacks, Debait teechur be hanged man. Did not hear from Mama T-B. all day, anomaly man. We made Mini-B.'s lunch for Saturday, refrigerate we man. Miu has played with her whirly-tassel toy and attacked the bejesus out of it, huntress miu man. No party with the rubias tonight, no cavort we man. We have itineraried 2 ESs proximal to the skool where we're dropping Mini-B., enterprising we man. And that was/is our thrilling Friday, report we man.

Friday ES/GS report, see man: We attended the 2 itineraried ESs and found a nearby GS, attend we man. The first ES yielded the take, see man: -- Many (2+2) thick white warshcloths, NIP iodized salt = $2 + half a buck, steal man Total = $2 + half a buck

Commendations on your persistence. This is intense, time-consuming stuff. It's interesting to learn about, and it'll be highly valuable to others in your position. Good job.

Resubmitted K1 application
TBoneTX replied to Lizzie2809's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
This is natural -- we've all gone through it. Whether this attempt is returned or not, the odds are that you'll have more, better, and more-efficient control over the quality and timing of your future submissions if you take charge of them yourself. If objective or subjective reasons preclude you from this, such as honest lack of time, unwillingness, or something else, one of our VJ Partners has a stellar record of attention and thoroughness and is imaginably less expensive than a lawyer. -
Resubmitted K1 application
TBoneTX replied to Lizzie2809's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Yes, there is much waiting throughout; however, every phase should be handled as if processing will be performed immediately by agents who have an eagle eye toward every facet of how petitioners and their representatives approach the system. Petition packages, now and throughout the entire process, should be submitted completely after reading the requirements carefully, interpreting instructions literally, and complying/responding completely and accurately. Your legal team appears to treat these basic obligations casually. The foregoing is the crucial factor to adhere to, because -- as you've found -- assumptions about processing-time can be perilous. It's likely that if you handle resubmission yourselves and follow the above advice, outcomes will improve. -
