I'm trying to be good about updating sooo...May 7th saw the approval notice in the documents tab. May 10th status changed to approved officially. May 13th received a notification that my case was sent to NVC. An hour later I received the welcome letter in an email and was able to login and pay fees same day. Now we wait for fees to process and begin submitting documentation. Good luck to everyone and I hope your I-130s are finally starting to get approved!!

I only uploaded the W2's for the past 3 years and got an RFE that I needed the transcripts for 2020. If you have both I would upload both!

Yay thanks for this! I had to resubmit so my date is Aug 5th. Hopefully this time no issues and DQ! I read in another thread someone got DQ from a July 8th submission. Maybe they are being cautious with their dates and actually further ahead for once. (I can dream!!)

My step-daughter was DQ yesterday. I first noticed it by randomly checking CEAC status page. It started at "Pay fees", then "Complete Form DS-260", then "Submit requested documents". The status had been on "Submit requested documents" the whole time I was waiting for review. Yesterday I noticed it changed to "At NVC" a little before noon so I logged in and found a message saying DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED. There was no email until about midnight last night when I received two e-mails. One notifying me DQ and one notifying me to check my messages. So, I would say that if you happen to be checking your status or messages you 'might' find out some news like 12 hours earlier than waiting for the e-mail. That was a resubmission of a single document and it took 67 days from submission to review. I have been monitoring timeframes of others fairly closely and that tis in line with what the vast majority of cases are taking. Although continuously throughout the wait there has been a small percentage of cases that seem to inexplicably be reviewed sooner by up to a month. A month or two ago the "NVC Timeframes" page was complete fiction. At that time the numbers there were worthless. At this time however that page seems to be accurate again.

We uploaded docs 23 June and were DQ’d on 28 Aug. 

Lol yeah. Timelines used to be so much shorter though. I guess they are really backed up now. 

No problem, I wish everyone the best of luck.  Its hard packing up everything and leaving your wife and child behind until they can join me in the states.  Guess its part of being a government drone...

They usually update their system between 11:30am and 12:30PM EST every Monday

A ton of folks have reported they've received a reply from NVC for the requests that were submitted on June 8th, i hope your friend has received the email by now.

And you are not far behind now, at least now we know they're actively reviewing the requests from June.   Keep your hopes high! 

I sent my exp in June 30th and haven't heard anything. I have a friend that sent in June 8th and also hasn't heard anything. Maybe they will be by the end of this week if they are working on or around the 8th. It feels like a lost cause at this point haha These timelines certainly aren't expedited! 

I called them this morning right when they opened and only waited 20 minutes. You are correct in that I need to add them as a household member and reflect the household of 3. I hope that you dont get pushed back again. I was able to get my transcripts online. If you sign up an IRS account online you can download them right away or always request by mail. Good luck. I'll be resubmitting again later today. I have an expedited request out there from June 30th. So im hoping it gets reviewed first now and I wont have to wait another 7 weeks for them to review my re submission. Who knows haha Goodluck to you!!!

omg thank you for responding. Yes I had a meltdown last night LOL! I am fixing some stuff now and will call tomorrow and hopefully get it straightened out in the morning so then I can resubmit. SO annoyed with myself and the entire process haha Yea it really is way more difficult than it should be!! I hope the rest of your journey goes smoothly!!

Thank you for helping me...Yes the joint sponsor is over the minimum requirement. Sorry yes my mailing address is the same as the joint sponsors. I am currently living abroad through this process but still maintain a US bank account and insurance and everything else that would qualify to "re establish domicile" Which as of now looks accepted on CEAC. I have my foreign address as my physical and my mailing as my US on the I864. I'll call on Monday...THANK YOU again for all your help!

I'm finally seeing people from June 2nd get reviewed. I definitely don't think the dates they post are accurate. I think they are a good week behind what they post. Which is why they are moving two days at a time. Yesterday was my 7th week waiting (June 3rd) so I'm hoping at least this upcoming week they get through the first week of June!

They were a full 2 weeks behind what their timeframes said, so by moving ahead 2 days at a time, they have cut the discrepancy in half.  I do think you have a really good chance of getting reviewed early next week. Maybe they finally finished with May.

No and I'm still waiting to hear anything on my original request on June 3rd hahaha....I have a friend who also applied for exp June 8th and they were told the exp inbox is getting 1000 requests daily. I would say they are probably taking the same 6 weeks to review just like the standard requests. Ridiculous.

If US Embassies worked correctly,  by that I mean, returning to work to process petitions that they were PAID to process, we wouldn't have a year backlog in front of us... Our Embassies should have resumed processing at full capacity back in January!
 
 

Based on their current timeline for document review (Current case review time: As of 28-JUN-2021, they are reviewing documents submitted on 27-MAY-2021), it looks like your expedite request will get reviewed first.

Finally when I logged in today afternoon, Joint sponsor no longer showed N/A. I was able to upload documents. 
 
I had emailed NVC through public inquiry and just waited. 5 days ago I received response from NVC advising there is a known system issue and will be resolved soon.
 
Took exactly 2 weeks for a resolution.
 
 

I've been living abroad with my husband for the past year and a half. I still have my bank accounts, car insurance, license, etc. All as my primary address at my parents house in America. I wrote a letter explaining I was away temporarily and uploaded recent statements and a photo of my license. My past 3 tax returns are US based so I'm hoping this is enough proof. I uploaded it on the NVC website there's a domicile option. Start gathering whatever info you can as I'm sure the embassy will ask for something if you haven't uploaded anything. 

Okay thank you so much for responding. That is initially what I thought I was more so confused about if I needed my mother to fill out the I-864A. So I should move forward with TWO I-864's both showing the household count of two. Yes? Thank you again for responding I really appreciate it!!!
